This apartment is equipped with a king-size bed and has its own private bathroom, plus a balcony with a garden view, spacious kitchen, and dining area.

Other amenities include a flat-screen tv with an android box, air-conditioning, stovetop, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, towels, bed linen, hair dryer, security safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit. A washing machine (use for a fee), iron, and board are available in the building.
Guests are free to use the air conditioning at a fee.

Guests receive weekly clean bed sheets and towels. Should you desire housekeeping it is possible at a fee. The cleaning fee paid at the booking is for clean sheets, towels, and cleaning after the guest has left.
