Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Mängel & Regeln

Die FW ist in einer gut gepflegten Residenz mit einem großen Pool mit Bademeister. Wir hatten Glück, dass die Residenz noch viele freie Wohnungen hatte, ansonsten kann ich mir vorstellen, dass man auch die Nachbarn hört. Teilweise wohnen dort auch Anwohner. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind schwierig zu finden, außer man kommt erst spät abends, die Tiefgarage ist schwierig mit größeren Autos zu befahren, haben sie dennoch genutzt. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Restaurants & Strand fußläufig.

Slaapbank en stretcher(uitklapbare stoel) En 2 persoonsbed. 5 2 volwassenen, 3 kids 12, 11, 5 jaar. Super weer, goed balkon. Zeer mooi Imperia. Ivm covid, regels streng en strikt, waren wij blij mee. Doen wat men vraagt en eigenlijk alles kan. Mondkaphe op, en niet moeilijk doen.

Das vorhandene Geschirr könnte etwas aufgestockt werden. Es ist ratsam für die beiden Balkontüren Mückennetze mitzunehmen. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen gepflegten Anlage. Reisetipps: Genua, San Remo, Monaco, Imperia Stadt, viele zauberhafte Bergdörfer. Für den Aufenthalt am Meer sind Liege/Stuhl empfehlenswert, da Steine.

Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist ...

Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist gut, sauber, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet entsprechend Beschreibung, also auch zu empfehlen als Unterbringung an sich.Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren leider nicht verfügbar. In der Saison ist es eben trotz öffentlicher Parkplätze immer ein Kampf einen zu bekommen. Das nervt schon manchmal. Ausserhalb der Saison stelle ich mir die Situation etwas entspannter vor.Verkehr stört nicht, man kann in Ruhe schlafen.Tische in Restaurants möglichst immer vorbestellen, z.B. Abendbrot mit Meerblick an der Promenade oder so... Reisetipps: Perfekt ist der kleine Laden Simply gleich um die Ecke. Jeden Tag frisches und hochwertiges Obst und Gemüse.Im August ist aufgrund der Saison alles ziemlich überlaufen. Kaum eine Doppelliegemit Schirm ist an der "Baia Salata Beach" (bester Strand mit Sand Vorort) zu bekommen und das wenn es klappt für 25 Euronen den Tag.Selbst Vorbestellungen am Tag vorher klappen nicht immer. Für Mittag ist ein Tisch im Beach–Restaurant vorher zubestellen. Zweite Garnitur ist die Beach "SCALA AZZURRA BEACH & BAR". 20 Euronen für Doppel mit Schirm. Ein paar Steine gibts es, aber soweit ok. Die anderen Strände sind nicht empfehlenswert.Monaco ist nicht weit entfernt und ist eine Reise wert. Einen vollen Tag mindestens kann man dort ohne lange Weile verbringen. Man sollte bis ca. 9:30 Uhr dort sein, dann klappts auch mit dem Parkhaus. Achtung: Monaco hat ein eigenes Mobilfunknetz, kein französisches Netz (EU–Roaming) Besser ist wenn kein Roamingvertrag besteht alle Navi–Karten offlne vorzubereiten.Sanremo ist auch empfehlenwert....kann man auch mit dem Bus erreichen, ca. 5 min laufen von der Wohnung bis zur Haltestelle und dann bis Busbahnhof Sanremo, ca. 30 min Fahrt.

Die Unterkunft enthält alles für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und enthält alles, was für einen wunderbaren Urlaub nötig ist. Geschirr und Besteck könnte ein wenig mehr sein, da alles tatsächlich für lediglich 5 Personen vorhanden ist. Der "Schlüsselübergeber" ist freundlich, spricht gut deutsch und reagiert sofort. (Frühere Abreise). Der Pool ist traumhaft, allerding war das Wasser recht kühl. Jahreszeit geschuldet. Es gibt nur große Bettdecken. Bezüge also entsprechend mitnehmen. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, eine tolle Anlage. Herz was willst Du mehr? Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Reisetipps: Jedes kleine Städchen, die Berge, das Meer, San Remo, Genua, das(1. Lokal an der Promenade (Karte überschaubar aber Essen sehr gut). Für den Steinstrand sollten Liegestühle/Liegen mitgebracht werden und für den Balkon ein Sonnenschirm. Ein Ausflug in die Berge ist zudem sehr empfehlenswert. Italien im Ursprung.

Tipp: unbedingt für jedes Bett Bettlaken für Doppelbetten mitnehmen (ohne Gummizug!) Besteck ist nur für 4 Personen vorhanden – wer die Spülmaschine gut nutzen möchte, sollte sich mehr Besteck mitnehmen. Wenn vorhanden: Badeschuhe mitnehmen, das erleichtert den Strandbesuch sehr. Pool sehr sauber, Badekappen mitnehmen. Reisetipps: zum Strand am besten rechts aus dem Tor gehen, am simply market vorbei durch den Tunnel. Der Strand vor dem Restaurant baiasalata hat im Wasser kaum Steine.

Schöne Wohnanlage mit guter Ausstattung

Gepflegte Wohnanlage mit sehr schönem Pool. Die Regeln für den Pool sind teilweise zu übertrieben, entschädigen dafür aber mit einer sehr sauberen Poolanlage. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe am Strand und hat quasi um die Ecke einen guten Supermarkt.
