Just beautiful
The apartment is large, very well equipped, clean, quiet, we really loved it. The huge VALUE ADDED is the incredible sea and old town view from the terrace which we enjoyed so much.....

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist der Knaller!!!! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man benötigt zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten bis runter zum Meer. Der Service des Vermieters ist auch Klasse - Mille Gracie Frederica. ;-) Wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Appartement
Das Appartement war wirklich erstklassig. 3 Klimaanlagen, tolle Küche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, es war einfach alles da und in einem guten Zustand. Der Blick beim Frühstück von der Terrasse fast unbezahlbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur man braucht immer das Auto, wenn man weg will, zu Fuß ist das eine Herausforderung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfekte Panoramalage
Der Aufenthalt war - wie schon beim letzten Mal - perfekt. Die Lage ist wundervoll, mit Blick über die Altstadt und über das weite Meer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und bietet alles, was man brauchen kann. Man kann dort sehr gut selbst kochen und auf der Terrasse essen und den Abend genießen. Wenn man das angesichts der zahlreichen tollen Lokale überhaupt möchte ;-) Die Orga/Abwicklung ist unproblematisch. Bei uns ging während eines starken Windes das Sonnensegel kaputt, aber auch das wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit geregelt. Der Parkplatz ist wichtig und vorhanden.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt
Von der Terrasse der Ferienwohnung hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Porto Maurizio. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr ordentlich und gut eingerichtet vorgefunden. Neben einem Kleiderschrank in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt die Wohnung über einen begehbaren Schrank inkl. Schuhschränke - perfekt, um alles unterzubringen. Die gut eingerichtete Küche verfügt ebenfalls über viel Platz, ausreichenden Stauraum und ein tolles Panoramafenster. Die Terrasse lädt zum chillen ein - es gibt 4 Liegestühle mit Auflagen, Terrassenmöbel und einen Sonnenschutz. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Super Aussicht, gute Lage
Die Wohnung selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Aussicht auf das Meer und das Städtchen ist phantastisch. Gut war auch, dass man zu Fuß in 20 MInuten beim Dom in Porto Maurizio war, der Heimweg war allerdings etwas anstrengend wg des steilen Aufstiegs. Weniger gut war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, da die Schlüsselbox nicht funktioniert hat und wir erst nach einigem Hin und Her in die Wohnung gelangt sind - man kann nicht von jedem erwarten, dass er WhatsApp hat! Wir hatten im Vorfeld keine Information darüber erhalten, wie man in das Appartement gelangt und mussten mehrmals vor Ort mit den Vermietern telefonieren, was eher unerfreulich war. Auf dem Balkon konnte man tagsüber gar nicht sein, da es keinen richtigen Sonnenschutz gibt, das vorhandene Sonnendach war nicht gut befestigt und vom Wind beschädigt. Die Küche könnte einen Tick besser ausgestattet sein in Bezug auf Kochutensilien. In den Bädern gibt es keinerlei Haken zum Sachen aufhängen und in einem Bad roch es stark nach dem Abfluss. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann einen der Sound des Strassenverkehrs stören, der von unten ständig zu hören ist. Trotz allen kleinen Mängeln haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen....

De woning ziet er netjes en schoon uit en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Keukeninventaris is erg beperkt, maar voldoende voor 4 personen. Er waren geen ovenspullen aanwezig. De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe en zakken enorm door. De weg naar de woning is stijl, maar prima te doen. Het contact met de eigenaar is erg moeizaam en helemaal toen wij een vervelende vieze ontdekking deden.... Na thuiskomst ook geen contact met de eigenaar te krijgen. En niets meer gehoord op diverse mailtjes en appjes. Heel jammer en vervelend.
