J&B Imola Home is a fully equipped, private apartment located in the heart of Imola's historic center. It is ideal for couples, families, business travelers and guests visiting the city for events, motorsport, concerts or leisure stays.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is approximately 50 m² and is located on the ground floor of a charming 17th-century historic building. Its interiors retain the character of the original building, including a beautiful coffered ceiling, while offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant and independent stay.
J&B Imola Home features a separate, comfortable double bedroom and a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for families and small groups.
The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Imola or after work, with a 47-inch TV, a comfortable sofa and an extendable dining table.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The open-plan kitchen allows you to enjoy the apartment just like a real home. It is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine.
You can prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a complete meal, particularly convenient for longer stays and families traveling with children.
A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

COMFORT

J&B Imola Home offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, as well as bed linen and towels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and essential toiletries.
The entire apartment is exclusively available to guests. There are no shared areas with other guests or with the host.

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

Families are very welcome at J&B Imola Home.
Children aged 0–5 stay FREE, while children aged 6–12 are charged €20 per night.
Vrbo does not automatically apply different rates according to a child's age. With Instant Booking, if the system calculates a higher amount for a child than the applicable rate stated above, the difference will be refunded directly through Vrbo after booking.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, with a maximum of 4 adults.

IN THE HEART OF IMOLA

One of J&B Imola Home's greatest advantages is its location. From here you can explore Imola on foot, stroll through the streets of the historic center and easily reach restaurants, cafés, shops, squares and the city's main attractions.
The location allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of central Imola while remaining conveniently connected.

PARKING

J&B Imola Home is located just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so you can reach the property directly by car without entering the restricted area.
The apartment does not have private parking. Public paid parking is available directly on Via Garibaldi, in front of the property, and on the parallel Via Rivalta.
On Via Rivalta, parking is prohibited and vehicles may be towed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM due to the local street market. On other days, paid parking applies from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Alternatively, the Mercato Ortofrutticolo paid car park is approximately 300 meters away and has barrier-controlled access.

CONVENIENT FOR THE TRAIN STATION

The proximity of Imola railway station makes J&B Imola Home particularly convenient for guests arriving by train or those who prefer to leave their car parked during their stay.
Imola has good regional rail connections and is also an excellent base for visiting Bologna and other cities in Emilia-Romagna, returning afterwards to the comfort and privacy of your own apartment in Imola's historic center.

ENZO E DINO FERRARI INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT

Imola is known around the world for its historic Enzo e Dino Ferrari International Circuit. J&B Imola Home is particularly convenient for visitors attending motor racing and motorcycle events, concerts and the many other events held throughout the year.
If you are planning your trip around a major event, staying in central Imola also gives you the opportunity to enjoy the city itself, including its restaurants, cafés and local atmosphere.
