Boa equipe, atenciosos, quarto bem limpo e organizado. Quarto grande e espaçoso para casal com 1 criança. A região fica numa praia bem exclusiva com poucas pessoas e nada de ambulantes incomodando. Uma paz. Piscina bem agradável para crianças e adultos. Importante saber que tem muitas escadas de acesso aos apartamentos. O meu era o último bloco então subimos muitos degraus, em compensação a vista do mar vale a pena; algumas pessoas com dificuldade em acesso podem se incomodar. Pedir um apartamento mais próximo ou baixo ao fazer a reserva. O preço do restaurante e do bar da piscina é muito acima do praticado em outros restaurantes. Achei o preço muito desproporcional.

Bom café da manhã, acesso a praia excelente. Achei um pouco confuso o check in desde o início. Falta de informação na portaria de acesso ao condomínio. Não sabíamos que havia outro hotel no mesmo condomínio, por isso, fomos para o hotel errado. No check in foi cobrado o valor da estadia. Posteriormente, verificaram que eu já havia feito o pagamento neste site. Falta um pouco de profissionalismo.

O lugar é incrível, pra quem gosta de contato com a natureza, vai amar. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Vinícius. O lugar fica um pouco distante do centro de Itacaré, mas tem táxi indicados pelo hotel que leva e trás, o preço é meio salgado, paguei 160,00 ida e volta, mas eu já imaginava que seria caro, pois tem que pegar uma estrada de terra até o hotel, mas foi opção minha, eu já sabia que teria essa estrada, pra mim, vale a pena, pois a experiência com a natureza em todo o arredor, é maravilhoso e revigorante. Agora como ponto a melhorar... O Hotel tem oportunidades de melhorias nos serviços de quarto, tive que pedir reposição de papel higiênico duas vezes, pois não colocaram durante a limpeza do quarto, acho que o cardápio de comida também tem que ser ampliado, pois não é todo mundo que come frutos do mar.

Un cauchemar

Nous avons réservé 3 nuits dans le Bungalow studio avec kitchenette. Nous sommes arrivés vers midi et avons dû attendre jusqu’à 14h de pouvoir rentrer dans la chambre (normal). Une fois dans la chambre il n’y avait rien de quoi cuisinier alors nous avons demandé à la personne de nous ramener de quoi cuisinier. Nous sommes ensuite partis à la plage et à notre retour 17h30 : toujours rien. Nous avons dû tel cer 4 fois afin qu’il nous ramènent une batterie de cuisine, sans couteaux, seulement avec 2 assiettes et 1 poêle. La batterie ne fonctionnait pas alors nous avons demandé une autre. La personne de l’accueil est venu l’essayer dans la chambre et au moment de la brancher, la prise a sauté. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à 20h30 sans avoir rien mangé! Le lendemain nous avons reçu un texto nous demandant de retourner dans notre chambre qui était à nouveau prête chose que nous avons refusé car elle n’était pas propre. Nous sommes allés discuter avec la gérante et elle ne nous a fait aucune geste commercial RIEN ! Elle ne nous a rien proposé !!! Nous avons eu une nouvelle batterie (la 4eme) et la damme nous a dit que ce genre de batterie n’était pas pour faire la cuisine mais pour réchauffer par exemple du lait pour un bébé : pourquoi vendre sur le site une chambre avec kitichinette si on ne peut pas faire à manger ? Les prix sont exorbitants, nous avons payé 3-4 fois plus chère une chambre qui vaut moins que dans certains autres hôtels d’itacaré. Wifi internet : Un cauchemar

Incrível! Praia linda, todos funcionários muito gentis. Precisa de carro para ir ao centro, mas vale a pena ir jantar no centro, muitos restaurantes bons e de todos os preços. Dica: escolha um bangalô com menos degraus para acessar. Voltarei com certeza.

Proximidade com a Natureza e Paz

O local é sensacional. Praia linda e preservada. O bangalô é amplo, arejado e claro, mas carece de manutenção principalmente no banheiro. Os funcionários da recepção são amáveis e acolhedores, entretanto não dão informações importantes sobre tudo que podemos explorar na São José e arredores, dando impressão de que não conhecem bem o local. Não informam nem sobre a possibilidade de frequentarmos Itacaré Eco Resort que fica na mesma área. O café da manhã é bom, o atendimento da equipe de piscina é bom.
