O imóvel é um encanto!
Imóvel organizado, limpo, seguro e muito confortável! Acomodou muito bem minha família de 10 pessoas.
O andar de cima que integra a sala de estar com a piscina e churrasqueira garante diversão para todos.
A localização também é excelente. Em meio a uma natureza espetacular com outras lindas casas, fizemos caminhadas tranquilas até a praia.
O proprietário é super atencioso, nos prestou apoio com muita simpatia e educação.
Com certeza voltaremos para a Ilhabela e ficaremos nesse imóvel!!!

CASA EXCELENTE! CONFORTÁVEL E ACONCHEGANTE.
A casa estava muito bem arrumada e limpa, inclusive os colchões e travesseiros. Espaços confortáveis e aconchegantes. Vista linda. Bairro calmo, tranquilo e bem centralizado. Apenas tivemos que redobrar os cuidados com uma criança de 2 anos (que viajou conosco) em detrimento dos guarda-corpos da escada e área externa serem abertos. Proprietário muito educado e simpátco! Recomendo.

Casa confortável, espaçosa e bonita! Devido ao tempo chuvoso, aproveitamos bastante a casa. Sentimos falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha, de uma pia na área da churrasqueira e de uma tv maior na sala. Mas nada que desabone o imóvel. Proprietário gentil e disponível. Foi excelente!
