Liebe Sylvia Wir haben den Aufenthalt in deinem top eingerichteten Studio sehr genossen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns wohl und genossen die wundervolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Ruhe und phänomenaler Meerblick

Silvia, die Gastgeberin, hat unschätzbare Tipps für Spots und Unternehmungen. Auch, wovon man besser die Finger lassen sollte! Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort, genießen jedes Mal die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in Ferma. Das Wasser ist sauber, der Strand klein, aber fein, und man kann toll Fische mit der Taucherbrille beobachten. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Gegend, auch Wanderungen kann man machen (Achtung bei großer Hitze!), und wenn es genügezgeregnet hat bzw. die Jahreszeit passt, gibt es tolle Wasserfälle. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und wohldurchdacht mit Sinn für praktische Details ausgestattet. Die Terrasse „vergrößert“ den Wohnbereich, und der Ausblick aus der Halbhöhenlage aufs Libysche Meer ist einmalig! Wir kommen wieder!

Sanftes Ruhekissen mit überwältigendem Meerblick

Ferienwohnung mit Stil und Charakter, Ausstattung bis ins Detail, Klimaanlage und Insektenschutz, Frühstück auf der Terrasse sollte nicht mehr enden, grüne Anlage, sehr angenehme und sympathische "Hausherrin", ... In Verbindung mit der traumhaften Lage und dem Libyschen Meer zu Füßen fühlt man sich von der ersten Minute an heimisch und im Erholungs-Modus. Selbst vom Bett aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick, der Sinne, Geist und Seele öffnet. Genial fanden wir noch die Möglichkeit, die Eingangstüre mit großer Verglasung auch von außen mit elektrischem Rolloantrieb vor Sonneneinstrahlung schützen zu können. Für die Anfahrt gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten. Absolute "Wiederholungsgefahr"!!!!!

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Casa Rosa

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist in der Casa Rosa richtig aufgehoben. Das Einzimmer-Appartment ist sauber und stilsicher eingerichtet. Man hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieterin hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Tavernen und Ausflugsziele gegeben, hat Strände empfohlen, die in keinem Reiseführer stehen und eben viel schöner sind. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir empfehlen die Casa Rosa uneingeschränkt weiter und würden auch selbst immer wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Sylvia :-)

UN SOGGIORNO DA SOGNO...

FAVOLOSO!! Spazioso monolocale molto pulito, confortevole e con tutto il necessario..non manca davvero nulla! Per noi che viviamo tanto l'appartamento c'è tutto: dalle ciotole in plastica per gli alimenti alle insalatiere.. alle comode e simpatiche poltrone fuori per godersi il dopocena! Silvia ha pensato davvero a tutto e siamo stati benissimo! E cosa dire del meraviglioso patio..una vista pazzesca sul mare e un silenzio in pieno relax con la compagnia di alcuni amici a 4 zampe 😊 Grazie Silvia per la tua gentilezza e ospitalità..hai reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Fern vom Massentourismus

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an heimisch gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch gestaltet, modern und behaglich. Der Blick von der Terasse ist ein Traum. Hier kann man ein bisschen vom echten Kreta erleben, man kann die Ruhe und die Natur genießen, gut essen und trinken und schöne Touren unternehmen. Die Vermieterin ist, wie von allen schon beschrieben, außerordentlich nett, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt in ihrer gepflegten Anlage angenehm, informativ und erlebnisreich zu gestalten.

Hier ist man wirklich im Urlaub. Es passte einfach alles. Einen fantastischen Meerblick. Ein ganz herzlicher Empfang. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio. Das Meer ist glasklar und wunderschön. Golden Long Beach sehr zu empfehlen. Es war nichts - aber auch Garnichts auszusetzen. Auto empfehlenswert. Wir werden dieses Studio jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Silvia Knüppel-Kahn kümmert sich ausgesprochen intensiv um ihre Gäste. Sie ist DIE Expertin für Ostkreta, kennt jede Straße, jeden Wanderweg und typisch griechische Tavernen. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht, die Terrasse ist der Ort des Genusses, Sonne, Meerblick , Olivenfelder und eine Palme. 7 Minuten zu Fuß eine perfekte fast menschenleere Badebucht. Was will man mehr!!

Top Ferienwohnung mit einer wunderbaren Vermieterin

Schon die rechtzeitig im Voraus durch die Vermieterin gemailte Anreisebeschreibung war so perfekt, dass wir sicher ans Ziel kamen. Selbst die Empfehlungen des entsprechenden Ganges an den jeweiligen Kurven zum Erklimmen des Berges wurden gegeben- unser TomTom kannte die letzten 100 m nicht einmal. Oben angekommen erwartete uns eine perfekte Aussicht von der sehr schönen großen Terrasse. In diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Studio fehlt es wirklich an nichts: Eine vollständig bestückte Küche mit drei verschiedenen Kaffeebereitungsmöglichkeiten, Kaffee, Gewürze, Olivenöl usw. - Wasser, eine Flasche Begrüßungswein wurden schon im Kühlschrank für uns bereitgestellt, ein leckerer Raki wartete ebenfalls auf seine Verkostung. Strandstühle, Badetücher, Sonnenschirme, sogar eine Luftmatratze, Reiseführer, weitere Literatur und Spiele sind vorhanden. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das i-Tüpfelchen ist die super nette Vermieterin Silvia! Als Reiseleiterin kennt sie die Insel in- und auswendig und kann somit jede Menge wertvolle Tipps zu allen bekannten und auch vielen sonst unbekannten Ausflugszielen geben. Durch einen solchen Tipp fanden wir auch Zugang zur minoischen Kultur- vielen Dank noch einmal, liebe Silvia! Der Ort selber ist touristisch nicht überlaufen. Er bietet alles, was man braucht, inklusive einer wunderschönen Badebucht und ist als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Zentral- und Ostkreta mit dem Mietwagen super geeignet. Fazit: Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Calme et volupté

Le studio bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle face à la mer, très propice à la détente et au repos. Ce studio, avec une très grande terrasse, est aménagé avec goût. A souligner l'accueil chaleureux de Silvia qui maîtrise parfaitement le français, toujours disponible avec plein de suggestions de sorties. Nous la retrouverons avec grand plaisir !
