This historical Finca was built in the 16th century. It has recently undergone a tasteful renovation, with attention to preserving the original details. Villa Historica is located on a 180 000 m2 plot, close to San Miguel and about 5 min. from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis. The famous beaches of Benirras and Port de Sant Miguel is only a few minutes drive away. The spacious main house is with wooden beams in the ceiling which provides a rustic atmosphere. The house consists of four bedrooms (all with double bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room with cozy fireplace, a lovely country kitchen with dining area, private pool and garden. From the pool area and the garden you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the ibizanske landscape. Villa Historica has room for 10 people and the house is equipped with WI-FI, flat screen satellite TV, linen, towels, cutlery, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also parking available. We can also help with airport transfers and car rental (not included). Pets are not allowed.
