Just perfect

We had a very large group of mountain bikers - 16 in total - who used this home to base our SW Utah bike trip. Location was convenient, host was easy and efficient and the home was in excellent shape and fit the description as advertised. For a group this size, it was difficult to find the right place - but this was clearly the right one! Group loved the place. Thank you!

Girls Weekend Zion National Park

Several of us stayed the place was located close everything that we needed. It could be cleaner several of us noticed many household things that have not been cleaned in a longtime! The place does have all the kitchen accessories necessary!

Great for family reunion

This is a big modern attached home. Bedrooms fit us well and we especially loved all the bathrooms. The pool is lovely. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a pack and play and a high chair. Owner is easy to get a hold of. We had plenty of parking.

Awesome condo

Lasting memories for 12 friends and family, the condo fit us perfectly and was everything it was mentioned to be. Comfortable, spacious, clean and very enjoyable. The pool and lazy river was great after hiking Zion national park. Thank you for a tremendous vacation.

Alternate to The Masters

We had a 72 hole, four day golf outing and the property worked out marvelously. We had 12 men in the group and everyone was comfortable and happy. This was an annual event for us and we stayed here last year as well!!

Amazing Property- great location!

We had a family reunion/65th birthday party here and it was a perfect property! There were a total of 11 adults and 13 kids that ended up going- kids ages ranging from 1-17- and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The bedrooms are all huge and can accommodate any family. And each family was able to have their own bathroom with only 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill. The table is not big enough for everyone but there are tables/chairs in the garage and a table on the porch which made it possible for everyone to sit and eat. It is also a perfect location! The drive to Zion is not far, they have a lake with boat rentals close by and a splash pad/park just a few minutes down the street where they had a peach festival at the time of our visit! The community itself is also perfect- it’s a short 1 minute walk to the pool area where they have a game room & kitchen area. Then outside on the pool deck they have plenty of seating and 4 grills at the grill/bar area. (We were able to have a bbq out there with our entire group). There is a pool/swimming area, a lazy River, hot tub, a little splash pad area for kids that has a (super fun) water slide !! Tammy was a great host! We messaged her a few times before our stay and during our stay and she responded (quickly) with an answer. Can’t say enough good things about this property- it exceeded all expectations! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be able to return for a visit again one day!

Completely satisfied

Our entire group was so happy with this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and there was never a line for the bathrooms. The beds where so comfortable. Everyone loved the pool and the rec area. We are already taking about another trip next year and will be booking again.

Enjoyed the stay and the price!

We had a little trouble unlocking the door. That made me nervous but my husband was able to work it out. We emailed the lady I worked with through this rental and she responded, but we worked it out, which is great. We were glad that there was not a lot of clean up when we left because we pay the cleaning fee. We really liked being close to the pool. And there was enough sleeping space for everyone not just place to sleep like couches and on the floor.

Fabulous Stay

Our group has 17 adults and everyone enjoys the Zion Village property to the max from the amenities to the Village club house. We highly recommend this property to a large group that like to explore Zion National Park and the surrounding areas.

Great space!

We came to town for a soccer tournament and shared this rental with some teammates and their families. It’s a great set up for several families, providing us all with privacy and good gathering space. Communication with the owners was great and they replied quickly to any of our needs or concerns.

Great location for family reunion!

Lovely home and property! We had a large group of about 30, so we utilized the fold-out mats and bean bag beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The pool and clubhouse were close by, and we went 3-4 times. We chose to use the garage for parking two cars, so we did not open up the ping-pong table, but the kids did play with the jumbo Connect Four. We used the grill one night. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on both levels. We definitely used both refrigerators. Upon arrival, I would recommend reading the Welcome Binder in the kitchen. It has some excellent info like doing a walk-thru of the house to notify them of any concerns/damage, a list of house rules, some great ideas of things to do in the area, and recommendations for eating out. Hurricane ended up being a great location for exploring Zion’s NP but also easy access to activities in St. George. The owner, Tammy, was very quick to respond to any issues we had and included her contact info in the binder to make it easier to communicate.

Great stay for our family!

Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable beds. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Spacious kitchen and commons area. Games to play. Close to clubhouse with heated pool, hot tub, lazy river and workout area. We couldn't find garbage bags so we contacted the host and they immediately got some for us. It was a great experience for all of us.

Thanksgiving Reunion

We had a wonderful time in Hurricane, UT with our children and 13 grandchildren. The unit was well furnished and suppplied and close to the clubhouse where our grandchildren spent hour in the pool and lazy river. Close to Sand Mountain where we could ride our side-by-sides. Plenty of room for our 23 people.
