The hotel staff was very kind. I wish we would have known at the start of our stay that housekeeping only comes if you stay 7 days or longer. It also would have been helpful to know that if you want fresh towels you have to bring your used towels downstairs and exchange for fresh towels. I wasn't expecting that. The room smelled awful when I walked in. Very stale, stuffy, and musty. I purchased a plug in, clorox wipes, and lysol spray after arrival. I'm not usually a person who goes to those lengths, but my carpet was filthy and the room smelled so bad I didn't trust it to be clean. Even with the plug in I still needed to spray twice a day to air out the room. It was also difficult to regulate the thermostat. It was never comfortable, either too warm or too cold.

If you are a dad going through a divorce and need temporary lodging while you look for an apartment, this is the place for you! Laundry room with a weight set? Check. Monster energy vending machine? Check. No housekeeping unless you stay for a week? Check! Zero frills and adequate staffing? Check!

The staff was consistently polite and professional. The room has assemble ample space and the bed was comfortable. The building seems newish. My only issue is that it was not as clean as it should be. The keypad on the phone was very dirty, there was old grease on the cooktop, there was a sprinkling of dirt from the vent (?) In the tub.

First Time Customer - LOVED IT!

In all of my travels, I had never stayed at one of these locations until this visit. I was impressed with the rooms, the furnishings, and the staff. I have been to six or so hotels in the short time since this stay, and Sonesta beats every stay I've had. I will be back!

The relatively low price was what I was looking for, and I've stayed at Sonesta Suites before, so not terribly disappointed. I had to turn off the noisy refrigerator to sleep every night, and the toilet tank leaked into the bowl constantly from the old flapper valve, so it would periodically auto-fill. Other than that, clean enough to be acceptable, and convenient for this trip, by myself.
