This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath lake house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with:

Inside, you’ll find a bright and beautifully designed open-concept main floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen, expansive dining space, cozy living area, gas fireplace, and curated touches throughout. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Garbage and recycling are picked up on Thursdays and should be left in the bin at the top of the driveway. Please do not leave trash outside as there is wildlife that may get into the garbage.

We provide blue bags and a blue bin for recycling items which include cans, bottles, plastics and cardboard. Recycling is to be placed in the same location as garbage as noted above.

NOTE: Guests are allowed 1 clear bag for weekend stays & 2 bags for week stays. The district will not pick up additional bags. Most items are recyclable & there is no limit on the # of blue bags.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Glassware is not permitted in or around the hot tub or down on the dock. Plastic ware has been provided for this purpose.

No oils or bath products are permitted in the hot tub. Max capacity at one time is 4 adults.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the termination of the reservation, and forfeiture of any remaining rental fees without refund.
