All was great at this property. Staff was super helpful and provided superior customer service. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only 2 complaints - 1. Construction next door - driveway into hotel was rough and not conducive to a lower car (or to keep car clean). Also a bit loud and smell (due to tar from roofing work). 2. Beds... not comfortable at all -way to soft. But some may like this.

When we checked in the hotel was over booked so instead of the 2 queen beds and a sofa bed we only got 1 queen and a sofa bed, they claimed it was an upgrade as it was a one bedroom accessible suite. They had no other rooms to move us two qith two queen beds, so I had a pull out couch to sleep on. Also, the lady in charge of the breakfast bar was one of the rudist hotel staff members I have ever met, not only to me and my family but to other guests as well. Stuck her nose in conversations we were having amongst our group. Other than that, the price quality of the hotel, the gym, pool and location was really good. Wish they comp'd us for thier error in over booking. But no dice.

Amazing service desk attendant that was super friendly and allowed us to check in early. We were travelling from out of town for a dance competition and it really made a difference. Clean property. Just be warned about nearby construction- strong tar smell and a lot of potholes getting to the property.

The hotel is nice and new. Staff were friendly. But I had left a note on my file many months ago when I first booked asking to be not facing the highway and not be near an elevator. Our room was facing the highway and literally right in front of the elevator. They said they were sold out and couldn’t move me- but I’m sure they were not sold out when I booked (first) ages ago. So I did not get a great night’s sleep with the noise.

It was good up till my wife sacanned the q r code and said checkout was 12 noon when two cleaners walked in with her naked in washroom which left a sting in her experience. This was twice this happened later to find out they know of the issue however not fixed yet. No apoligize to my wife eas disappointing

The rooms were spacious and wonderful. The pool was a great temperature. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. One breakfast staff was rude/abrupt but she’s one person out of many that were great. Overall, it was a great experience.

Everything was great except for mattress and the pillows. Neither were comfortable. I found the mattress to be too soft, same goes for the pillows! I hope management can upgrade to a more firmer kind of mattress and pillows ( at east 1, the king size).
