The property features direct access to the beach via Anderson Cove Campground, 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool a large, outdoor hot-tub, a smaller (warmer) kiddie pool, and a clubhouse with a pool table and a fitness room containing an exercise bike, rowing machine, treadmill and a TV.
The home has wi-fi, a large TV in the living room, an upstairs office space and a separate drink fridge in the dining area. 2 paddleboards and 2 small plastic kayaks are available in the garage (kayaks are intended for people less than 120 lbs).
