This pleasant retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen beds, a tub, 2 bathrooms with shower amenities, and an additional living room space with a queen sofa bed. Remodeled in 2024, it is a light and bright unit on the 3rd floor with high ceilings, complex has an elevator and 2 designated underground parking spaces. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern comforts like AC, WiFi, 3 televisions with DirecTV, all new appliances and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Full access to AC/heater all new windows and doors. Well stocked with beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, towels, sheets and all of your kitchen needs.
