The Space
The oceanfront condo is located in the beautiful surroundings of Palmas del Mar Resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico. It’s one of Puerto Rico's exclusive ports and tourist attractions. Situated in one of the best locations on the island. This stunning condo has an amazing layout and is spacious for up to six guests. Modern beach style furniture, decorations, and many more features make this the perfect getaway. The condo features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two private rooftop terraces with views of the ocean and El Yunque rainforest with stylish deck furniture. Come enjoy all the amenities of Palmas del Mar and sleep and stay in the comfort of this one-of-a-kind condo.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: This property is in the community called “Crescent Cove”, which does not legally require elevators in any buildings since they have a maximum of 3 floors. Please take this into consideration if you or a companion has any disabilities.
BEDROOMS
On the 2nd floor, you'll find the master bedroom, which has 1 king bed with flat screen TV, pool views, and a dedicated bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor, you'll find the 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and desk. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of the condo and has 1 twin-sized day bed with a pullout twin size trundle, TV, and best of all; access to a private rooftop with beautiful new furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful ocean views.
All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding doors; perfect to enjoy the stunning views. Each bedroom has separate AC for great comfort.

KITCHEN
The condo has a modernized kitchen with beautiful granite countertops. It has a fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, oven, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped with all the dinnerware and cooking ware needed for an extended stay. The unit also has a washer & dryer, a great amenity for a longer stay.
LIVING AREAS
The main level has an open concept layout that connects the tastefully decorated dining room, kitchen, and living room. It has a modernized 6 person dining table and 2 additional seating areas by the kitchen buffet-style counter. The living room extends out into a private balcony that has views of the pool, beach & spectacular Caribbean Ocean.
LOCATION
The condo enjoys one of the most coveted locations within Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Guests can walk to the beach, tennis club and Wyndham hotel. The rest of Palmas del Mar's amenities are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented within Palmas del Mar. These include golf, tennis, a wide array of dining options, various access points to the mile-long beach, marina, surfing, Yacht club and mountain biking.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
Golf at one of Palmas del Mar's two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked over the phone.
Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.
Lunch or dinner at La Pescadería, an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.
Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest that’s part of the US. Palmas Del Mar is also a short 45-minute drive from San Juan, 30-minutes to Fajardo and the ferry in Ceiba which you can take to Vieques or Culebra. You can also enjoy a full day at Luquillo Beach and the food kiosks which is a 35-minute drive from the resort.
Relax at the beach! It is walking distance, is a mile-long.
AMENITIES
We strive to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our condo. Our condo is outfitted with freshly laundered quality bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our condo also includes beach chairs, umbrella and an ice cooler.
Other amenities include coffee, tea, sugar, hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Smoking is only permitted in the balcony and terrace areas.
PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PETS/SERVICE DOGS: Exceptions to the no-pet policy are made strictly for EMS Pets or SERVICE DOGS. If you are traveling with an emotional support pet or service dog, you must inform us prior to booking and present the proper documentation. This documentation is required by the community as they require pets to be registered prior to arrival. An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Do not hang towels or clothes from the balcony or windows.
Do not wash white towels with colored beach towels. Any damaged towels must be paid for.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess, stained towels/linens will be charged from the damage deposit.
Subletting not allowed.
The host will not pay for hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Once you reserve, our Super Host will send you detailed property information, suggestions on where to eat and what to do, as well as the contact information of the Property Manager that will be available to assist you during your stay.
