Stay away!

The walls are made of sheetrock, and you can actually hear your neighbour fart.But there are not just farts, but families with noisy kids. The Spa doesn't work even though it is Tet festival, snd the hotel is full.And finally-electric fuse was found in the bathroom right next to the shower- DANGER!!!

Good hotel and good location

Big clean room, good aircon and hot water. Breakfast is good and the pool is very nice. It's close to the imperial city by walk. When booking it says there is a gym but really the gym is in Duy Tan hotel which is close and free to use. We were not told this on the first day though, the receptionist on the first day just said "no gym" when I said I had seen it on the pictures when booking. The rest of the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Cominciamo con il dire che qui vivono con i cinesi ed è tutto organizzato per loro... Altri turisti non esistono... Un po' in tutto il Vietnam. COMUNQUE ragazza, signora, del front office parla un inglese approssimativo... Inesistente... Mandiamo una mail prima di arrivare per avere la. Navetta dall aereoporto... NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Ci organiziamo con Grab e arriviamo in hotel... Bell hotel niente di pretenzioso.. Bellissima colazione anche se... 6:30_8:30... Era l orario della colazione... Un po' poco... L ultima notte rientriamo in hotel la Signora del front official ci corre incontro per capire l indomani a che ora avessimo intenzione di andar via... È soprattutto se volevamo un taxi. Le rispondiamo certo che vogliamo un taxi e che siamo contenti ce lo abbia chiesto... Le diciamo che la tariffa che hanno sul loro sito va benissimo glie la mostriamo per sicurezza. Lei storge la bocca e dice che quei prezzi non sono corretti... È che avremmo pagati in base al taxi... Noi ringraziamo e ci riaffidiamo a Grab.

Rumsbeskrivingarna stämmer ej men habilt boende

Enkla men funktionella rum. Tyvärr finns inte alltid det som anges i rumsbeskrivningen. Det finns definitivt inga kök, vilket var anledningen till att vi bokade just detta hotellet. Lite snopet men vi överlevde. Det fanns heller inget kassaskåp. Vi fick ett rum under festvåning/frukostmatsal och det var ingen höjdare. De ordnade efter en natt så att vi fick byta till ett lugnare rum med kassaskåp. Hotellet ligger nära det mesta på en relativt lugn gata så det är mycket prisvärt men inte fancy. Bra frukostbuffé.
