The living room offers an additional full bed for extra comfort. Enjoy the convenient wifi, phone charging station, AC, and washer/dryer amenities. Experience the magic of this charming cottage by the sea as dolphins, fish, manatees, and boats entertain you.

AREA AMENITIES
1) BEACH: SUN WEST PARK, a public beach on an inlet, is located 3 miles away and contains an inflatable Aqua Park, a water zip line, and wakeboarding. "HUDSON BEACH"/STRICKLAND MEMORIAL PARK is located a mile from the house. Open 7 days a week, this is a gorgeous memorial park on the gulf with a small beach area, picnic tables, and outdoor grills.
2) BOATING: One mile from the house there is a 24/7 boat ramp w/ trailer parking. (Boat launching/trailer parking is $5 daily.) at "Hudson Beach"/Park. Boat trailers can be parked overnight at the house if you are bringing a boat.
3) KAYAKING/SWIMMING/BIKING: In front of the house is a great area for Kayaking, swimming/floating, and the neighborhood is good for biking. Feel free to bring your sports equipment and enjoy activities at your own risk.
