Room are accessed by a magnetic card. We got locked out twice. The toilet in our room was not bolted down to the floor. The security lock was missing. The refrigerator did not work properly. The coffee maker did not close properly. Microwave oven buttons didn’t work only the on button worked. When taking a shower if the unit above flushes the toilet the shower goes cold. They moved us to another room the next day. There was missing molding in the room. The shower floor was dirty and there was pink mold. Told the cleaning person on the floor and he said that was clean enough.
For the staff asked the receptionist how to get to Downtown Hudson and she was not helpful.
When we talked to the manager he had an attitude and then said don’t ever reserve a room with them. Trust me we will never book with that hotel. This property is not up to BW “plus” standards.
After reading the reviews from other people they are all true and wished I read them before booking. Just the way the hotel responded to the reviews is the way they responded to us when we pointer out what was wrong with our stay, and we have pictures for proof.
