Great hotel. We were initially charged an additional guest fee despite my receipt saying it was for 2 people already. They refunded the charge without hesitation upon check-in later in the day. Was able to store our luggage before check-in and they were located in the room upon check-in. Provided breakfast as well.

This hotel was excellent especially for the price, on par with the other higher ends. I did not check if there was a laundry facility or a fitness center. All I needed was a place to relax and sleep after work. Breakfast was excellent. And there were many dining options around the hotel. Also, it is very close to the bus station and the train station, but not the HSR. And there is a little night market near the bus station which was nice to visit as it was close by. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

We traveled as a group on bicycles - hotel allowed us to store bikes in basement garage. Very clean hotel. Rooms on small side. Great location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great variety at breakfast. Would stay again.

Nice hotel close to station in Hsinchu

Stayed one night during a holiday weekend, helpful friendly staff (came up and helped me set up the TV, I had some issues). Nice room overlooked the park (deluxe double, highly recommend). Lots of variety at breakfast.

唯一一個小小缺點：浴缸沒有浴簾，而應該是設計來遮水的一片壓克力板不夠遮，洗完澡浴室地板會噴很濕。好在地板是有紋路的石面不會滑，且開抽風機很快就乾了。

Great Location, Comfortable, Decent Breakfast

I enjoyed my stay at Shin Yuan. The staff is friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent with many restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The breakfast was good too. The room door is a little thin (could hear others opening and closing doors outside), and the lights in the room are a bit bright for me (I prefer some dim soft lighting at night). Would stay here again.
