Welcome to Misty Waters!

-Our House-
Downstairs sports an open concept living room & kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The living room has a Smart TV with a surround sound system, and plenty of space to sit and relax.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, from to dishes to a crockpot, and even a Keurig. Enjoy complimentary K cups, coffee filters, syrup, and more!
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that has everything you need to relax, including a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall that has a walk in shower.
Upstairs you will find 1 queen sized sofa bed and 1 bunk bed (bottom is full size, top is twin size) and extra large windows so you have beautiful view of the lake. There is a TV with a DVD player and several movies so you can have the perfect movie night. There is also a closet that has several board games, card games, and books to keep the party going.
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo & linens/pillows for the pull out couch.

General info: Free WIFI. All bathrooms come with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a washer/dryer and iron/board along with extra paper towels.
No Pets. No Smoking Allowed indoors.

Surrounding areas-
You will have direct access to the lake on site. Feel free to use the 4 kayaks we have on premises as well as the fishing poles. There is a boat ramp within five minutes of the house and you can dock the boat at our private boat dock.

Attractions-
Hot Springs is home to many fun activities for everyone. Mid-America Science Museum (4.6 miles), Funtrackers Family Park (5.2 miles), Magic Springs Water and Theme Park (13 miles), and Pirates Cove Mini Golf (14 miles) are sure to keep you having a great time.
Other places to visit include Bathhouse Row, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Casino, the Mountain Tower, and national & state parks hosting several trails showing off beautiful Hot Springs, AR!

Everything was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was also very quiet and relaxing. A great view out the back towards the lake to sit and have morning coffee. Our boys were all about the geese and want to return when they have more time to kayak and fish. We plan to visit again soon!

My husband and I stayed here. The bed was comfortable. The home was beautiful and clean. It had everything you needed to make it a great stay and the host has lot of lots of little things. They were also just a text away if we needed them. Check in and out was easy. The home is on a dead end road which made it quiet and peaceful. The view is beautiful I enjoyed taking it in while drinking my tea. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back.

This was by far the best experience with a vacation home. The host were very nice and communicated with me as well. I'm making this my permanent vacation spot when I come to Hot Springs. I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Doug & Lita’s beautiful lakefront home in Hot Springs! From the moment I walked in, I could tell they had thought of everything to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The house itself is lovely, spotless, and so well-stocked that I never once thought, “I wish I had brought ___.” It truly felt like a home away from home.What really made this stay unforgettable were all the extras Doug & Lita provide for enjoying the lake. They had kayaks, fishing gear, and even bikes—everything you need for a perfect day on the water or exploring the area. I spent mornings paddling on the calm lake, afternoons fishing right off the dock, and evenings watching the sunset from the deck. It was pure relaxation mixed with adventure at my fingertips.The attention to detail here is unmatched. Beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful clean home. Lake access is perfect. Only wish is there was some kind of shade on the dock and maybe some more outdoor furniture but overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Great Getaway for a Large Family

We loved our stay! It comfortably fit our family of ten and it had the most serene atmosphere. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a large upstairs with several beds/sleeping options. This worked out perfectly our family because my husband and I took the master bedroom, our two sons took the other bedroom and our six daughters shared the upstairs.We loved the large backyard and all of the windows facing the river. This house would be perfect for people with younger kids as it has a fenced backyard with two lockable gates between the house and the dock/river.There’s only a 16 minute drive to a Walmart supercenter. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, so we were able to make food for our entire family, the majority of our stay. We made an exception to enjoy pizza from the Grateful Head down by bathhouse row which was only a 22 minute drive.Early in the morning, and as the sun started to decline, a mist would form over the river, making it look quite magical. The dock is large and open, perfect for swimming and fishing. Several of my kids fished every day, but they didn’t have much luck catching anything. They did see several large fish, but there was a little too much intermittent traffic on the water from jet skis and pontoon boats to get a bite.It has been unanimously decided that we need to come back to this house for another vacation. The owners a great and responsive.

Peaceful and stylish

Well-designed home with incredible views. Welcome music playing upon arrival was a lovely touch , made us feel like we were on vacation instantly . Equipped with everything you could need . Having kayaks etc at your disposal is amazing. Home is a bit away from the hustle and bustle (to us that was a perk) but about 15-25 minutes from various activities in HS. Quiet park of the lake was peaceful, even spotted a bald Eagle- wow. Hosts very communicative and kind. Would book again!
