Spacious unit that looks even better than the photos. Upgraded appliances; comfortable beds. Wonderful view of the lake. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Very peaceful .. very nice trip..

A wonderful spring break!

Perfect! The apartment was pristine and lovely with a wonderful balcony view. We met old friends there and we each had our own bed and bath! Close to everything in town and we had a great time visiting all the sights!

Regional gymnastics competition

This condo was beautiful and clean. A lot of effort from the owners to make it a great stay and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, he even offered us his box seat at the horse racing track. If I am ever back in Hot Springs, I will definitely stay here!

Great place to stay

Everything was super clean and the big open kitchen and living was great. There is a beauiful view from the balcony to see the lake. Plenty of space to which could sleep 7. I love that I could have brought our dog and pretty sure I will next time. The host was great at helping get information to us and quick to respond! Will stay again.

I cannot say enough about the communication alone!! Everything was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. The tickets to Oaklawn was a great bonus for my mom’s 65th birthday. We definitely plan on booking with you again in the near future!

Clean, well stocked, great location - perfect option!

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is well stocked (best I have seen) and very roomy. Our family of 6 had a ton of room to visit and relax. The beds and all seating were very comfortable. The condo is also very clean, with tile floors. I highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

I can’t stay enough good things about the host Chris and the condo. The condo is very clean and beautifully furnished with all the amenities and then some. Very comfy sofas and beds. Close to all the things in Hot Springs. Chris even arranged a box at Oaklawn for the horse races. You won’t regret booking this condo for your stay

Friend get away

Perfect. Life long friends, Hot Springs is our half way point to meet. Our stay was wonderful. The condo met all of our needs. Close to everything we wanted to do and a quiet balcony to finish the day. Thank you.

Above and Beyond!

This house is absolutely one of the best places we’ve stayed period. The owners have gone above and beyond providing everything you need and the BEST quality of everything; from kitchen supplies, bedding, appliances, crib/high chair and more. We love the huge open floor plan which makes it easy to visit with family. The beds and pillows are extremely comfy. The owner was very hospitable and we’re available any any time If needed. For those new to the area, you can’t beat the location.

It was a good location, right off main strip but still nice & quiet. Property owner was attentive and it’s very spacious! Only issue was having to clean it when I got there. Floors were dirty like the cleaning service only swept the main traffic areas and never mopped anything. Balcony was not swept at all. Had cigarette ashes all over it. Fridge smelled of fish. Not the owner’s fault. Just hard to get good help these days! But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Great condo and Great hosts!!!

I would rate this more stars but 5 is the limit. My stay exceeded that! The pet friendly attracted me to the rental. My mom only does baths, not showers, so one that had both was also a box I needed checked. We had 3 adults staying but there was plenty room for many more. The rental was beyond clean and it had everything stocked that we may have needed! There were even snacks for when we arrived! Check in and out were both simple and easy! The host was very friendly and gracious! I had personal contact with them for any and all needs! I’ve stayed at other condos before and never even spoke to the hosts. Balcony was so refreshing and breezy! Beautiful view! This was also close to everything we wanted to do during our stay! This was our first time in Hot Springs and we will definitely be back and booking HERE again! This was my best travel stay experience yet! Our doggies had a great time as well and it was great getting to include them!
