We have stayed at over 40 rental houses. This property is outstanding. Wonderful kitchen/living room. Great deck. Bathrooms are wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake.

Great cabin! It’s only about 15-20 minutes away from downtown Hot Springs. The drive has a few sharp turns so make sure to drive slow. The cabin is directly on the lake, you can see the beautiful views of the lake as soon as you walk into the cabin, the whole living area has big windows. There’s plenty of sitting in the living area, two couches, big dining table and a smaller one by the fireplace, as well as the huge island. The bedrooms are just the perfect size, two of them have private bathrooms. There is a laundry room and a big patio with tables, chairs and couches, and one of the tables has a fire feature. You can drink your coffee and watch the birds and wild geese. There’s a path leading to the lake and a deck on the water that you can fish off. The kitchen has pots, pans, cookie pans and other baking dishes to cook a meal and a dessert too. Definitely recommend!

Fun stay. Quiet location

This house is very newly remodeled. There were some maintenance issues that didn't affect the stay and the manager was prompt to respond.Pros: Very quiet location. About 25min from Lake Quachita swimming areas and downtown Hot Springs. Great view off the deck. Tons of space and room to work in the kitchen. Plenty of parking if bringing multiple families. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Walmart 10 minutes away. Master bath is huge. Two couches and two dining tables plenty of room for a 10 person stay if you're doing that.Cons: The lake area needs to be cleared out of rocks and debris, and there was no ladder into the water. We did all but one swim in Ouachita because it's a much cleaner lake. Hamilton can be a bit dirty. The main room got warm despite AC blasting. I suggested to the owners they add a ceiling fan. Firepit didn't work.
