Great property with all the amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare family meals. Outdoor area was great for our little dog. Bed was great as was the huge couch. Really good spot only 10 minute walk yo the bathhouses.

Beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the essentials. Owners did not skimp on anything! This property is close enough to Bathhouse Row to walk! Quiet setting. Would love to stay here again when I come back to the area.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, cozy and had everything to make it comfortable and convenient. It was close to National Park (I would not consider walking) with free parking. We would definitely rent again if we ever came back. Oh, let me not forget to say how comfortable the mattress and bedding was.

We stayed in this home in order to attend my daughter's cheer competition at the Convention Center. It could not have been a more convenient location & the mini "arcade" in the home was a huge hit for my son during downtime from the competition!

Great conference option

I attended a conference at the convention center and preferred not to stay in the hotel. This property is conveniently located and an overall great place to stay.

Very nice property and well equipped with all amenities. However, the outside of the property was a disaster. Leaves and debris both in front and the backyard. After the torrential downpour we received, it was a muddy mess.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located very near downtown Hot Springs and was easy to get to. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the arcade game and the assortment of board games.The only reason for four stars is the lack of some basic cookware (sheet pan, colander, larger skillet).

The property was very clean. Location was good if you plan to visit downtown. Only complaint i tried to reach out to property manager about extending my stay a few times and he never responded back to me.

Perfect location

This house is the perfect location. It was within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs and the National Park. But, far enough away that the crowds weren't a bother (even over the busy St Patrick's Day weekend). The house was very cute, and was well-stocked with stuff for cooking. The video game machine was fun! Very clean as well.

Perfect location…

This really was a perfect location. It’s walking distance to the bathhouse row, downtown shops, and the convention center. Also, less than 10-minute drive to Oaklawn! The home provided everything we needed for our stay, allowing us the flexibility to eat out or eat in! There was only two of us, so only the main room was slept in, so I cannot confirm three comfortability of the sofa bed.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our time so much in Hot Springs! This home is perfect for a couple or small family. It is very nice, clean, and gives you a "home like" feel while being away from your own home. It gave us the ability to cook, do laundry, and other necessities that helped us feel comfortable. It is a short walk to the downtown area where there are plenty of shops and places to eat. You are right across from a hiking trail that gives you a beautiful view of Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay here again in the future!

Comfy bed! Nicely remodeled! Kitchen was great! Bathroom was great. We made it up the front steps but we are in our mid 70's and went slow and carefully. People with disability would not make it up all them steps! I recommend this property and would return in the future. We were minutes from the bath house!

My best friend and I took our annual getaway to Hot Springs. The rental was perfect for two. The living room had plenty of space for creating Vision Boards. The kitchen provided the essentials we needed to create and enjoy Charcuterie Boards. We purchased Fish from Bubba's for Fish and Grits in the mornings. The time we shared in the space was memorable. The easy check-in and location made it even better for visiting Bathhouse Row. Also, our neighbors were nice. The stairs to the rental provided the addition excitement that we needed. There were no challenges with parking. We enjoyed our visit.

Great Location for both hiking and Bathhouse Row!

This is an excellent place for hikers. You are literally right across the road from Reserve Trail. We hiked 7 of the 10 miles of trails just carrying light snacks and water because we were never that far from the house. It is also a super easy walk to Bath House row. Unless you want to go farther you can park your car at the house, walk and not have to worry about paying for parking downtown.. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. I could not have booked a better location for this trip.

Pet hair everywhere

We checked in to the property but left shortly after. The house smelled like animals and there was pet hair all over the couches, on the comforter and even on the sheets.

As described, would stay again

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We would stay again as the price is appropriate and it's walking distance to downtown. Its very clean and most everything seems brand new within. The only reasons I wouldn't give a perfect score is there's a cleaning smell we didn't enjoy throughout the house. Almost the smell used by hotels to cover for when someone has smoked in a room. Also parking was a little bit of a nightmare for us. There was something going on at the near by arena which caused us to park pretty far away. I'd still stay again next time we venture to Hot Springs.
