Cabin was basic but well supplied with essentials. Took an email to determine how to turn on the heater but host responded in a timely fashion. easy drive to Mesick and surrounding area we wished to visit,. Quiet and nicely furnished and allowed dogs as well (for a fee).

A simple & appealing place to stay in Honor, Michigan
I stayed here as a solo traveler for 5 nights so as to spend 4 days exploring the southern section of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. I was very pleased. My cabin was immaculately clean. The furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. The bed was cozy and the shower water hot. The Wi-Fi connection was superb. If you want something fancy, you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a simple, well cared for place to stay in Honor, Michigan, this is an excellent choice.

Beautiful Scenery
Perfect spot to get away from it all. Salmon was caught out front in the river on the first day!! Within an hour's drive to all the great sites that the n/w of Michigan has to offer. Would be happy to return again.
