Enjoy access to a community BBQ grill and oversized firepit with lake and mountain views. In Summer, stroll to the beach for swimming, boating, and other lake activities, or explore the area’s numerous hiking trails. Winter offers skiing less than two minutes away at the family-friendly Homewood Mountain Resort, with more varied terrain at nearby Palisades Tahoe.

Tucked on the bottom level and filled with natural light, the home’s 2 guest bedrooms offer a restful retreat after adventurous days. The first bedroom has a soft king bed, while the second has a king bed that conveniently converts into 2 twin beds—both feature a TV for streaming movies and shows in comfort.
