Our first impression of Pandy Holidays was that the accommodation was snug, but much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, as our stay went on, several issues became apparent.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of a kitchen sink. Having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink is neither practical nor hygienic. The only cooking facilities provided were a microwave and an air fryer, and the worktop space was extremely limited, making even simple meal preparation awkward and, at times, unsafe. Couldn’t even fry an egg?
The cleanliness also fell below the standard we have experienced in many other holiday properties. Overall it did not feel as though it had been cleaned to a high standard before our arrival.
The grounds were another disappointment. A local resident told us the property was once considered "a little bit of heaven," but sadly it now appears neglected and has lost much of its former charm and ambience.
The price was about average compared with similar accommodation in the area, but we felt it offered far less value, comfort, and attention to detail than many nearby alternatives.
