Wir wurden vom Manager sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Für die Kinder unserer Gruppe standen alle erdenklichen Einrichtungen und jede Menge Spielzeug zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Ferienbauernhofs ist ideal, um das Wattenmeer zu genießen, aber auch Geschäfte und das alte Dorfzentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Managers ist optimal. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Stelpshoeve wirklich genossen!

Wir wurden von Johann unserem Vermieter freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine Einweisung in das Haus und besonders für die tolle Geschirrspülmaschine, die uns eine Menge Arbeit abgenommen hat. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und ansprechbar. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber zweckmäßig und alle haben angegeben sehr gut geschlafen zu haben. Die Badezimmer in allen Zimmer waren nicht die neuesten aber sauber und die Duschen hatten permanent heißes Wasser und einen sehr guten Wasserdruck. Was nicht überall so üblich ist. Unsere Kinder waren so begeistert von der Spielecke und der Größe des Hauses, daß sie nichtmehr nach Hause fahren wollten. Die Treppe nach oben war steil, was aber selbst für die Kleinsten kein Problem darstellte. Genossen haben wir die super eingerichtete Küche, in der das gemeinsame Kochen für und mit so vielen Personen richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Johann hat für uns eine Wattwanderung organisiert, von der alle begeistert waren, besonders die Kleinsten genossen das wühlen im Schlamm um Krebse zu fangen. Ein sehr gut sortierter neuer Supermarkt war in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso ein großer Spielplatz für die Kleinen. Der Fähranleger zur Insel Ameland ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall ein Ausflug auf die Insel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben die gemeinsame Zeit sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist veraltet, aber ausreichend. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Bar ist ein echtes Plus, ebenso wie die vielen Schlafzimmer mit (fast) allen eigenen Sanitäranlagen. Wir haben in sauberen und neueren Gruppenunterkünften, aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende Minuten zu Fuß -. Sie nur die Unterkunft nutzen , so dass Sie niemanden zu tun haben in Bezug auf der Lärmbelastung außer Ihrem eigenen Gruppenpreis/QualitätIst in Ordnung. Das Haus ist nicht teuer, aber ich würde mehr für sie nicht zahlen (aus Stein) wurde jetzt vollständig mit unseren Autos gefüllt Rasen oder dergleichen wäre toll , besonders für die Sommertage und die Kinder -.... Die Unterkunft und Einrichtungen sind wirklich alt Es funktioniert immer noch gut, aber ich würde dies zu gegebener Zeit empfehlen -.. die Frische der Unterkunft Es schien , als ob es niemand für eine Weile gewesen Alle Platten usw., die auf dem Schrank herausgenommen wurden , hatten. .! gehen durch die Spülung Küche , bevor wir es nutzen könnten es gibt eine Menge von Geschirr und Küchenwaren zur Verfügung die Zimmer nicht sehr schoon.Maar sind , wenn man es durchschauen, ist es fine.Tip: neuere Fernseher mit HDMI - Anschluss

Das Ferienhaus liegt ca 3 Km vom Fähranleger nach Ameland und damit sehr günstig. In unmittelbarer Nähe (100m) gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Das Haus selber ist zwar alt und könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen vertragen, ist aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man bei Reisen mit großen Gruppen benötigt. Es gibt sowohl innen als auch außen ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Küche ist auch für Gruppen bis 30 Personen ausgelegt und bietet entsprechende Koch- /Spül- und Kühlmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter Johan und Maya sind außerdem sehr nett und entspannt, haben sich sogar um eine privat geführte Wattwanderung für unsere Gruppe gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

Johan hat uns gut aufgenommen und war sehr gastfreundlich. Wir kamen etwas früher an und hatten die Möglichkeit drinnen zu warten, bis sie mit der Reinigung fertig waren. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Johan war die ganze Woche für unsere Fragen zur Verfügung und kam sofort, wenn was gebraucht wurde. Wir waren eine große Gruppe von Mädchen und hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall für Gruppen!

Ons verblijf op de boerderij in Holwerd was absoluut heerlijk! De ruimte was ongelooflijk ruim, perfect voor onze grote familiebijeenkomst, Elke slaapkamer had zijn eigen badkamer, wat de ochtendroutine een fluitje van een cent maakte, We hadden een fantastische tijd met barbecuen op het terras en het verkennen van de nabijgelegen smalle steegjes en vissershuizen, De kinderen hielden van het speelgebied, en we waardeerden de nabijheid van het strand - een perfecte combinatie voor een ontspannen vakantie
