Tiki Cottages was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate. Very pretty. Perfect space and everything you could ask for amenities wise. The pool are was very lovely with lots of space to sit and relax. Everything was provided for and truly the best place we have stayed on the island. It’s the kind of property you wished you owned. We really loved it.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years… this was our absolute favorite! The pool with the tiki and swim up bar was amazing. And the landscaping by the pool… oh my gosh was it beautiful! The rental company was a joy to work with. We had a pool issue one day and they sent someone out almost immediately. We didn’t do a whole lot of cooking but everything was available if we had wanted to. Literally a 2 and a half block walk to the beach as the description says. Great for morning walks and sunset views. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to other families. The house was exceptionally clean, and everything looked new or nearly new. The property was exactly as described in the listing, which made for a very pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short and convenient walk to the beach. Our kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. We had a couple of questions and minor requests during our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the rental company responded. Their communication was excellent, and any issues were addressed promptly and professionally. Overall, everything was convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return in the future!

We had an amazing stay and truly loved this home! The location was ideal, just 2.5 blocks from the beach, making it so easy to head over for sunset each night. Those evening walks quickly became our favorite part of the day.The house had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the beach supplies, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.The pool was a highlight for our family, we used it every day, and we loved having the grill and tiki bar to make evenings at home just as fun as going out.The proximity to the trolley stops (both northbound and southbound) was perfect for getting around the island, especially for trips to Pine Street for shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking to Small Town Creamery more than once for ice cream, it quickly became a favorite!Overall, we really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return. This was one of our favorite vacations, and this home played a big part in that.

The fabulous tikki cottage

We absolutely loved the tikki cottage, that being said we did have a couple of issues but the rental company were so on the ball and sorted them the same day. We have been to AMI several times and this was by far our favourite accommodation. We hope to return

We had a great time at the tiki hut! Location was a short walk to the beach and a short distance to our favorite restaurant, the Ugly Grouper. The property management company was great! They were so kind and even kept our luggage until we could check in. Overall a great stay for our friend group!

Amazing home on an amazing island. This home was clean, roomy, had all we needed. The walk to the beach was super close. Kids enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. Bonus—-the shower outside has hot water ! Love this place and will return ASAP! Thank you.

Wonderful Property

House and private pool were clean, short walk to beach, plenty of utensils and dinnerware, extra pillows, has a propane grill out back, plenty of space for a family of six. The tiki theme was awesome. The outdoor space with covered tiki bar was nice and private. Property management folks were quick to respond and answered our questions before arrival. Will absolutely stay again.

Very close to the beach! Great location!

This property was beautiful and very clean! It was only 3 houses from the beach and had an amazing pool and pool area. The location was close to everything. We rented a golf cart and had a perfect week on AMI 😊. We would like to thank Anna Marie Island Vacation Rentals for so graciously accommodating us in Willow Walk after our original home was unavailable after the hurricane. We cannot thank you enough!
