Great little condo! It was decorated very nicely and it had everything my husband and I needed for a long weekend away. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and the beach! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The host was wonderful and responded very promptly. She even reached out on our second day to see if we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Our 7 nights here was good. Very pretty decorated. Great for 2 people that’s it. 10 min walk to the beach. Beach towels and beach chairs available if needed. Shower, water pressure sucked! You want to be able to take a good shower, especially from being all day in the beach with all the sand on you. Also, if you want to have visitors they do not allow visitors on the premises (FYI) Other than that was a good stay.

Beach Paradise

Stayed for a week in AMI and wanted a place that was clean, updated, and close to the beach. This place was absolutely perfect for two people, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. King bed is very comfortable, and one of the best features was the beach chairs/umbrella/and cart in the storage unit for use every day! Will definitely be checking to see if Unit A is available next time we come to AMI!

Repeat customer and still love the place!

This was my second stay and I'll be back. Very comfortable and well kept. Location is unbeatable. Owners very easily reached with any questions and super accomodating. The pool was my daughter's favorite feature and was a great place to cool off and unwind.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! Super clean unit and the pool was very clean as well. Very short walk to beach. We had no reason to need to contact the host, however they did reach out to after our first night to check in and see if we needed anything. All around great experience!

The newly remodeled du plex was great for our stay on Anna Maria. It had everything that we needed The King bed was very comfortable. It was a few blocks walk to beautiful Holmes beach on the Gulf. The duplex was just off a busier road, but there was a sound machine provided with wave sounds or white noise and we slept very soundly.. Michael and Christine were super helpful hosts

Enjoyed everything about our stay except the road noise. I had read about it and we used sound machine on our phone to help drown out. Wonder if better windows would help??Host was receptive to suggestions I made for hooks/ towel rack in bathroom. Also could use foldable drying rack for swim suits/laundry.

Up to date and well furnished

First off, Christy was great to deal with, responded very quickly to any questions. The unit is very clean and well furnished, comfortable bed. Centrally located about a mile north of Publix grocery store and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Use the crosswalk for getting across the busy Main Street! Would stay here again next time I visit Anna Maria.

Live like an Islander

This was perfect in every way. Up to date, immaculate, every convenience and perfectly located. We enjoyed all the island had to offer and a beautiful pool when we had wrapped up our time at the various beaches each day. The trolley stop is right out front and the beach is straight ahead about 2 blocks. Perfection!

Wonderful Hosts. Contacted us to ensure we were finding everything we needed. They have put a lot into the complete remodeling of their properties with absolutely lovely details. The pool and hot tub were fabulous as well. Would highly recommend!

As Promised

This property was just as described. Newly remodeled, very clean, efficient and very nice hosts. We had one issue with the tv and they called us back in less than a minute to help us. The heated pool and spa were very relaxing and also exactly as pictured. We do agree with one other review, that the only drawback is that the bedroom is in the front of the unit and you could hear the traffic. But we brought earplugs and that did help. Also the location was great. The free trolley was right outside on the corner and we were within walking distance to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again and already recommended it to our friends.

Seaside unit A is as a lovely renovated apartment with all the amenities. Road traffic was loud as the bedroom is closest to the street in this unit. We got used to this after a couple of nights though. I highly recommend staying here. It was centrally located on the island and a 5 min walk to the beach.

Great experience

Christy was super responsive with any questions and when I requested a few extra things she immediately sent them over. The house was spotless and the owners definitely took a lot of pride in putting it together. Bed was super comfortable and mattress was new. Same with couches and the pull out mattress! The only downside was the busy road that was in front of the property. You can hear traffic at night and I wasn’t super comfortable crossing it to go to the beach with my three kids and a wagon of beach gear. With kids and a wagon the walk is more like ten minutes and waiting to get across the busy road. We ended up driving most of the time and the parking was hit or miss by the beach. We also thought we wouldn’t need pool access bc I’m a total ocean person, but it would have been nice to have for some downtime in the evening. The good definitely outweighed the bad though, would totally stay there again! Would have been fine if not for having younger children to walk to the beach with.

Girls trip!

Perfect place for a girls trip! Fun things to do for both moms and teenage daughters. Adorable house with all the amenities, close access to private beach. Comfortable and clean, updated kitchen and bathroom. Love the color scheme inside and out. Great location in the middle of the island. Great host, very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay again and often!
