Actualizado 2 dormitorios 2 baños, con nueva cocina y todos los muebles. Perfecto para 2 parejas o una familia pequeña. Ambos sofás se abren a una cama que le da zona de dormir extra. TV en todas las habitaciones, toallas, toallas de playa, ropa de cama, etc

The host was great…the place is well decorated and plenty of space. We cut our stay short because there was too many steps to climb. If we were going to stay for a week we could have lasted but we were supposed to be there for four weeks…too long of a time knowing we had a climb…our host did ask if we wanted to move one level down but again it was too much for us to handle.

Everything was nice and clean. Lots of condiments in the kitchen including coffee. Plenty of beach towels. Laundry detergent was nice. Communication with host was excellent. Only negatives are that the street in front is hard to cross because of complete nonstop traffic all day. And a keyless entry would be nice since you have to use 2 separate keys to enter and exit each time you come or go. Just very minor inconveniences. Great sunset views from the balcony. Thankyou.

Excellent location directly across from the beach, and it is nice that a wagon and umbrellas are provided. We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small to keep up with the large floor plan on very hot days. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here!

Great Property!

This property did not disappoint! Great location, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and the list goes on. The outdoor shower was an added bonus to spray off after the day at the beach. We definitely plan to stay again in the future. It was a perfect vacation!!

Excellent Location!

What a great week of fun, sun and memories! The location of this house is within a quick walk to the beach. It is on the main road which is busy but wasn’t an issue for us. House is well stocked, very clean, roomy and the view from the deck is amazing! Location is center of the island making trips north or south quick. Ice cream shop, grill, bar and live music nightly across from the house at the beach. Excellent host communication. I would book here again!

Steps from the beach

House is a great spot, just know there are a lot of stairs and street is very busy. Communication was excellent with the Manager of the property. House is well stocked and great beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.

Beautiful week on the Gulf

Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Location is very busy, but it worked out well for us. Our teenage sons had some places nearby to explore. Grocery and several places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful views of sunsets over the gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Holmes Beach Condo

This was such a nice condo, really spacious, great location across from the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk across for breakfast in the am at the beachside cafe and music each evening at sunset. We had everything we needed inside the condo as well, including W/D, well stocked kitchen and beach items. Close to every kind of restaurant you could want too! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

We had a great week on AMI! The location is excellent- easy walk to the beach! If you have a beach wagon I would bring it as they only have 1 that has the big wheels the other wagon has the smaller wheels and it's harder to push in sand. Only a problem if there is someone else staying in the other unit and they take the good wagon. :)

Great Location

Being right across from manatee beach was so nice. Wagons and 4 chairs plus an umbrella are provided for both units. The bed was very comfortable. We came at a very busy time and some of the trolleys took over an hour to show, they usually come 20 min I think. Wish I would’ve rented a golf cart instead of a rental car to get around, just a more fun island vibe. The unit was very clean and host responded quickly.

Place was just what we wanted. Location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach and cafe. All within walking distance. Free trolly right across the street to go anywhere on the island. House was clean and perfect for the four of us. View from deck was fantastic for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Made a great vacation!

Location is Everything!

This place has all you will need for your visit Including home and beach supplies! Location is fantastic. No need for a vehicle. Beach is across the street. Trolly (free) is also right across street and will get you anywhere you need to get to on the island. Host is very attentive, as well. Beautiful views of the Gulf!!

Great property!

Very nice property with open floor plan. Right across the street from the public beach so easy access. Nice view from the balcony as well. Worked great for our family. A little busy on the street but we expected that. Host had great communication.

Nice property in great location. Convenient access to beach and centrally located in Holmes beach. Our only issue was traffic in the area which is to be expected during peak season. Really enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was a plus. We would definitely be interested in staying again if we travel back to the area.

We loved it!! The condo was beautiful & clean! There was everything you could possibly need there. Kitchen was stocked with tons of cooking utensils, bathrooms had more then enough towels, in the garage there was tons of beach items to use; cooler, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, even sand toys for kids & ping pong table. Property is directly across the street which we were very grateful for due to watching everyone trying to find a parking spot, we just walked right to the beach with all the gear in a wagon. I did forget to mention the bed…Omgosh it’s soooo comfortable, we slept like babies! Communication with the host was great! She replied right away any time I contacted her and very sweet! We will 100% stay here again!! You cannot go wrong with this home!! Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!❤️

Great location

The host was very responsive and helpful. Location is just as states. The road is busy, but you don’t really hear it in the condo or bedrooms. Its also a slow speed road so , that helps. The beach is right across the street at a public parking lot. The trolly is also there! It was a nice spacious place for our vacation. If you plan on doing cooking … take inventory of supplies in the rental first, before heading to the store….. you will need spices, seasonings, salt , pepper, basic cooking supplies and containers…. The description of the rental is all accurate. I would recommend staying here.
