Beachy Coastal One Bedroom on Anna Maria Island

1 bedroom, 1 bath. Small lake in the back, so no back neighbors. It is part of a duplex, so you do have neighbors beside you. 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Close to everything. Super cute. Great for a small family or couples. Just repainted and a new bathroom put in. Great backyard as well. Front and back porch. It's a great location on the island. Free trolley traverses the length of the island for easy transportation to restaurants. The washer and dryer is in the garage of the B unit, you do share this one thing with the B side.

Perfect Place to Play
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria. Our condo was nicely appointed and very, very clean which was greatly appreciated! Easy access to all areas of the island and the beach is a couple of blocks away.
