Great condo with excellent view of the ocean. Well maintained and clean. Only downside is the 3 flight walk up but felt it was worth it for the price, view and accessibility to the beach. Pack light as the stairs are brutal at arrival and departure. My only real complaint is communication before arrival. the pool and parking passes have to be picked up and returned to Ward Realty. Text messages on arrival day say condo would be ready between 4:00 and 5:30. Then another text says to stop by realtor BEFORE 5 to get the passes. We were not getting there until after 5 so we proceeded to the condo. We were able to get in no problem but received a call from realtor around 5:30 stating passes had to be picked up that night or car would likely be towed. Not a huge issue but would have been nice to know I could have picked them up after 5 and could have swung by the office on my way to the condo instead of having to make a separate trip and fight traffic again. The realtor is right off the circle so with incoming beach traffic, a 3 mile drive took about 30 minutes. Most condos have the passes on premises.
