Great price and Amazing Location

When we arrived at the condo, the floors were well cleaned and all the counters and surfaces seemed wiped down. the sheets and towels were all fresh and clean which was very nice. some of the dishes had food still on them but I can't really hold that against the rental agency. All-in-all the condo was in decent condition. You can tell it's an older building so it has a charm to it that new ones don't. My biggest concern was the floors: they were tile flooring throughout the condo and the grout had come loose on a lot of tiles. so as you were walking you could feel the tiles shifting below your feet. Other than that, the condo was great. Also, Some things to know first off, the condo is smaller, there is no dishwasher, and the walls are thin. But, the quality of the condo is all about what you make of it. A smaller area means closer time with your family/friends. the price point on this condo was great and the walk to the beach from the front door was short and easy. not to mention you will be a 5 minute walk to the town where you can enjoy mini golf, a skating rinc, and plenty of stores and restaurants.
