The spacious Kitchen area greets you as you walk in the door. Complete with granite countertops, all of your basic appliances, and tons of cabinet space, this kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Upgraded in 2020, guests can cook in style on the brand new commercial grade 6 burner gas stove. With service for 6, everyone will be ready to dig into all those family meals that you can enjoy together. The breakfast nook offers a table that seats 4, with two additional seats at the kitchen bar. The dining room table offers seating for 6 so it will be perfect for family dinners.
The living room is designed for comfort. Take your pick of any of the plush seating that is provided, including two leather chairs with footrests and a Sofa that also is a queen sleeper. The 60" flat Screen HD SmartTV with a Direct TV package of over 750 premium channels is sure to be a crowd pleaser, perfect for the big game or that new movie you have been waiting to watch. On the Oceanside of the home, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful view from the sitting room that overlooks the oceanfront deck. Sit outside on the uncovered section of the deck where you can soak up the sun while watching the waves.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the property and offers a Queen bed, Flat-screen TV, and amazing ocean views. The second bedroom is located across the hall has two twin beds, as well as a flat-screen TV and offers its guest ocean views as well. The full bathroom is located in the center of the hallway and offers a shower-tub combo. Emotional Rescue offers a full-sized washer and dryer, an outdoor cold-only enclosed shower, gas grill, and ample seating on the deck for the whole party.
