This oceanfront home with a soothing coastal feel throughout will make you feel right at home. Hang out on the large oceanfront sun deck to enjoy the ocean breezes and to take it all in. Kids will love the ground floorthat features an open living room with an awesome game room that includes air hockey and foosball table. Also on this level are two bedrooms, and an alcove with bunk beds. This home is designed with family in mind!

The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room with awesome ocean views, gourmet kitchen with granite, stainless appliances and eat-in bar and access to 2 sun decks with furniture. 

The lower/ground level offers privacy with an open living room with game room, 2 bedrooms plus an alcove with bunkbeds, 1 bath, washer/dryer room. 

Featured amenities include central air/heat, 4 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo/cd player, internet access - wireless, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, game area with air hockey table & foosball table, gas grill (guest may need to provide propane should the grill run out), 2 sun decks (1 oceanfront & 1 streetside) with furniture.

This vacation home is located approximately 1.2 miles south of Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
