Cozy Home Away From Home

This home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. You can tell they took attention to detail when decorating to make you feel right at home. It was the perfect size for our friends - a mother and her nine children. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. A friendly member of the HOA was walking by when we were about to head out and offered to take the trash bag for us. It felt very welcoming and friendly there! We would absolutely book this home again!

Our family stay here over the weekend. Great location. Parking wasn't the best. The house was great for our family, plenty of space but the cleanliness was ok. The grill wasn't clean, the toilet in the master bath was clogged, messing lens in the lights in the livingroom, no cleaning supplies for the bathrooms or kitchen. Other than that it was great.

Lovely Property

Wonderful house with room to have meals and family time together and space to relax and decompress when needed. Relatively close to attractions, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We were sad to learn there was no xbox as listed, but other than that extremely satisfied.

A beautiful home with necessary space for all ages. It wasn’t a bad drive to SDC or Branson strip and nice to be outside of the commotion. The only thing I didn’t see was a list of instructions with trash and other check out requirements. Apart from that it was a great stay!

Comfortable house, good location!

The house overall is very nice & comfortable! We had 13 people (ages 9-78) stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the proximity of lots of Branson activities: SDC, Table Rock Lake, Dogwood Canyon, Tanger Outlets, & Sight & Sound Theatre. We ate most of our meals at the house & found the kitchen to be adequately stocked. Unfortunately, we did arrive to find the AC not working. The house was a stuffy 78 degrees for the 1st 24 hours of our stay (thankful it was rainy & coolish for July, otherwise it would have been way worse). I did communicate with the owner upon our arrival, but he was not able to get anyone to service it until the next evening. So the stuffy house was a disappointing start and I was surprised we were not offered a discount for the 1st night. A few other minor issues/areas for improvement: -Pac-Man arcade chair was broken, the bottom ring to place your feet on is not attached which caused our kids to fall when trying to get on the chair a few times -trash cans and full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be great. With this many people staying in a house, the bathrooms are often occupied -Facial tissues would be a fantastic addition! There was not one Kleenex box in the house, this caused us to use toilet paper as a substitute & then we had to purchase additional toilet paper -the 1st sentence of the listing description says "brand new". There are reviews 2+ years old on this listing; it is far from brand new (I had noticed this, but others may not)

Great location from Branson

The location is great for the price for wanting to stay by Branson!! We never had any travel problems with traffic getting to and from Branson. We stayed for softball nationals so we were not at the house a lot but there was plenty of room for our big family and very clean and open layout! The community pool was a little crowded at times but it’s summer so not surprised there. I guess maybe one improvement would be a hot tub but that’s being very picky maybe a few up to date board games also. Other than that a very clean and very roomy family place to stay very close to the lake and Branson!!

Excellent!!

The home was spacious, accommodating, and sparkling clean. There is room for 2-3 cars plus overflow parking at various areas which seems to have alleviated concerns with street clutter. Due to a glitch in VRBO booking, had an issue booking. However, Scott went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice place to stay. Very gracious, highly recommend!!

Beautiful home. Kitchen could be stocked a little better. Thank goodness I brought salt and pepper and other seasoning. Grill could use work. Back flames are all that work. We got dinged for not taking out last days trash. Make three separate car trips to dumpster. Not convenient at all. Last day had three bags and all of our cars were full of kids and other family members. Didn’t have a way of loading it so left it tied meaty on the porch and was charged $50 bucks. I get you have yo have rules. We followed every single one except that last day because we didn’t want to load trash in with our family members. Still had a great time.

Great home for our large family.

We had 13 people, three generations, staying in this home for our annual family Christmas trip. We had plenty of room to spread out when desired but plenty of room to join together when needed. I wasn't sure of the convenience of getting back into Branson, but it was great, with no issues. So, that made it pleasant to be in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Branson and many other conveniences. Our family loved the home, from the spaciousness to the bunk room for the kids, to the game room for the kids, to the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and the peace and quiet of the area. It was a great stay. Definitely a 5-star home! You won't be disappointed.

Family Christmas Gathering

Great rental! Very clean. The size and layout of the home were perfect for our family gathering with all the amenities we needed and more. Numerous family members commented on how comfortable the beds were. Mr. Horton was amiable and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay again!

Great Family Time

There were 12 in our family staying with ages that range from almost 2 to 81 years old. Each and everyone of us enjoyed our stay and we were able to make lots of family memories while staying in this awesome house.

Excellent large family house.

Everything was in great working order, convenient, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I very much appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owner every single time I had a question or slight issue to resolve. Couldn’t ask for a weekend with 15 people in one house to go any smoother or be any more enjoyable.

Army Family Reunion

Our Army family came from three states for a weekend of fun. We all had an amazing time. The house was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of space for the whole crew. It was a perfect weekend!
