Everything was fantastic! If I were to make one critique, less confusing parking. But it still wasn't much of an issue, we were lucky enough to find a space in the main parking lot. By the way, scraping the snow off the windows of the cars is so nice!! Thank you! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was warm and clean. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic as well! The food was delicious! Highly recommend this location.

Room itself was outdated, had an old TV that barely worked. The hot tub area was nice tho and liked it was in walking distance to shops/restaurants

Tommy was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. There were alot to f unsupervised kids running through the hall and the line at the bistro for coffee in morning was very long and only one employee.
