This is a lovely motel within walking distance of Saugatuck. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfy (and huge!) The included breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and we would definitely return if in the area again.

The owners were very helpful in suggesting possible places we might like to eat. They were very supportive as we struggled without our car for a day and a half. Between the interurban transit and the Honda dealer’s shuttle, we managed to still enjoy the area!

The "continental" breakfast was wonderful with appealing variety. No eggs & sausage/bacon as expected at a "full hot" breakfast, but everything else was there & well-presented. Some outside seating if you can stomach the morning Michigan summer heat, humidity & ubiquitous large hungry mosquitoes... We did enjoy early evening sitting outside our room overlooking the nicely manicured front grounds. Would like to stay again when we have more time to enjoy the area. But, we were on a tight schedule this time through. DWS, LMD
