Living in a Wilhelminian-style house: unique, cozy & a little nicer! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Wilhelminian-style building in the Hof city center. The pedestrian zone and train station are both just a few minutes' walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. The ceiling spotlights can be coloured to create an individually cosy ambience for bathing. The kitchenette has a microwave, a kettle, a fridge, a small freezer compartment and enough crockery, but no stove. There are also champagne glasses for romantic evenings. The light from the ceiling spotlights in the open bathroom area can be adjusted using a remote control, so that guests can create their own cozy ambience for a long bath. The toilet is separate from the bathroom area and can be locked. The shower is modern and floor-level. For longer stays, we are happy to provide a separate induction hob and matching pan and pot upon request. The electricity for the apartment comes 100% from sustainable sources. Coming from the train station, the apartment is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. There, you can check in independently using the key safe. One of the two keys allows you to access the historic staircase, and the other key opens the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. 1st floor of the Wilhelminian-style building. Due to monument protection regulations, there is unfortunately no elevator. Guests arriving by car can park for free on the street in front of the house. However, you should be careful as there are some places on the street where parking is strictly prohibited. The apartment is located in a beautiful district with many Wilhelminian-style houses and little traffic in most places. The train station and pedestrian zone are both just a few minutes' walk away. In just 2-3 minutes you can reach the first bars and one of Hof's most popular pubs, the "Treffpunkt", where you can get delicious burgers and local beer.
