Nice big clean hotel with friendly staff. The massages were excellent! Breakfast choice was okay. Great location. Only downside was a fishy smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and a noisy air con machine.

Property was very new. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. My only complaint was the walls were thin. You can really hear everybody. Lucky there were only a few people there.

Generally a good stay overall but there were a few things that could have been better which left us feeling rather unhappy at the end. Staff were on the whole helpful but our check-out experience was very poor and left us feeling a bit miffed. Whilst I was settling the bill at the front-desk my family was practically rushed out - of our rooms even though we still had our bags in the rooms and were doing our final packing - we were still freshening up in our room and had the cards still with us. We could not use the toilets, was asked not to sit on the bed and practically were ushered into our other room - cleaning the room around us. Never experienced anything like this before. They could have at least waited for us to leave the premise!! Hygiene around the breakfast area was poor - freshly cut fruits were not covered, could see some flies around. Variety offered was not much which is ok but cleanliness could have been better. Over all I would give it a 3 star
