Very good value. There were universal power outlets in every room so you don’t need to worry about adaptors when travelling and they were conveniently placed. Sometimes hotels have them behind the bed which is a hassle, this one had them on the bedside tables. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The pool was fantastic, it is on the smaller side but it on the rooftop (floor 24) with a great view of the city. For a large hotel it was relatively quiet in the pool and gym/sauna area which was a bonus. The location isn’t as great as staying within district 1, but with the free shuttle to that area, it wasnt an issue at all. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, we had to move twice due to water leakage from the frig and a very scary moment we found a rat in our room before going to bed. You can imagine how slept in the remaining days, one week after that occurrence.? This was our second stay at Windsor on our 2nd visit to Vietnam and a second thought about returning.
