The staff was not friendly. My wife had to park the motorbike away from the entrance during heavyrain. 4 staff were just looking, she asked for help and they ignored her. My wife is Vietnamese, she can easily communicate with them,but she was ignored. I asked for a litter to light a birthday candle and was told they didn't have any. I asked another staff member and he helped me. The control for the room lights didn't work properly. We didn't have a good time at the hotel.

My family and I we loved the breakfast buffet with many selection, and different dishes were changed everyday so we didn’t get bored eating. Wonderful and helpful employees at the breakfast buffet, very nice and smart people. The room was big, big beds and comfy, clean bathroom. We will definitely come back, my children liked the Hotel a lot.

I had a great time at Ramana hotel , amazing staff, good restaurant with variety of options fresh and tasty , good pool , gym option available, clean hotel and Room , i had a nice balcony view , 20 min away by car or motorcycle on any place you want to visit. Safe area have not had any issues . Definitely a hotel i will come back when i visit HCM city. Thank you for the amazing stay
