Brand new guesthouse inside tiny crampy alley
They don’t have maintenance people because of TET festival. The guy who managed is just fine
He forgot to tell me it’s missing a fence by the stairs on the top floor.. I had a risk of falling because it was dark. If your traveling with a luggage then good luck to you. Every single thing you see inside are brand new but no elevator... price is cheap. It’s good if you’re traveling with a back pack.
