Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le seul bémol réside dans les transferts entre la gare Ono-ura : pas de navette ni de prise en charge par l’hôtel. Il faut essayer de contacter l’hôtel par téléphone à partir d’une cabine téléphonique publique quand il y en a une, afin que l’hôtel réserve un taxi. On a eu la chance d’être transféré à l’hôtel par un local qui a bien voulu nous monter à l’hôtel. A revoir rapidement.

家族旅行で1泊しました。チェックアウト時間が11時だったので、朝もゆったりできました。バイキング形式の夕食・朝食は、種類も豊富で楽しめました。ただ食堂は少々通路が狭いので、後ろに人が通るたびに、風がきたり、ぶつかられたりと、落ち着いて食事しずらいのが残念でした。
