Free breakfast was nice! Had a bad experience where someone took our still wet clothes out of the dryer and brought it to the front desk. Was very upset about that and the dryer had only been “done” for 2 minutes (the time it took to get down to the laundry room) the elevators are very slow. I wouldn’t recommend washing your clothes here, if you’re drying it probably will take 5 dryer rotations to fully dry. Good location though.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast service as both of us got a gastric bug while travelling. The staff were great at accommodating our situation, and even rang ahead to the emergency hospital to check the waiting time, when we thought one of us may need medical intervention, along with the same night attendee checking in to see how we were each evening. However when we asked for a late checkout on the morning of our departure we were asked to pay for the extra hour, disappointing customer service given we hadn’t eaten any of their free breakfast menu over our four night stay.

Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the common sitting area was nice with free coffee etc. The bedroom was decent sized for the price and location. Good bathroom. Slight musty smell probably because of some damp, but this was overcome by the air purifier in the room. Some great eats nearby. Would recommend.

The hotel was fine and the staff were very helpful. I wished there were more lifts. This was because at certain times of the day. If you were staying on a lower floor, it took some time to get access to the lift.

The rooms are small but the hospitality was amazing. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage were good. We were there for my husband’s birthday and when we arrived he had a card and origami wishing him a happy birthday. Great location.

Very old hotel with only two working elevators for 14 floors of guestrooms.Rooms are extremely dated and tiny, even for Japanese business hotel standards. We are average size Japanese people but were still bumping into the sink and toilet in the tiny bathroom. I would not recommend for average sized American people. Free buffet breakfast was nice, but very average. Location was good. Hiroden streetcar stop right nearby, as well as Nakau, an inexpensive, but tasty fast food restaurant. Medium walking distance to atomic bomb museum and close to Hondori shopping area.
