Hotel

Rooms were very outdated and had a mildew smell. Hair was in bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub. Pillow cases were stained had to ask for new ones. Had to go to store for cleaning supplies. Air conditioning was not working in sitting area of room nor in hallways. Elevators need to be updated as well. Whole hotel needs to be Reno. Very upset that I was unable to relocate at such short notice.

Had a light fixture without a bulb. Asked for late checkout , denied. Television requires several steps to turn it on programming , never got tv programming. Not enough handicap parking. Overall would rate it mediocre at best. Young black man that attended to breakfast was the best employee and insured breakfast items were available and handled request immediately.
