Lovely getaway close to the beach and golf courses.

Lovely condo on the golf course, just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Clean, well lit, plenty of lounging space and a well appointed kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The energy in this rental property is fantastic. It is comfortable, warm, welcoming and relaxing. The view is beautiful looking out over the 11th green of Atlantic Dunes golf course. Plus the daily visit from the deer added to our enjoyment.

A Very Pleasant Stay at Sea Pines

The condo is clean, bright, cheerful, and very comfortable. It is a good location within walking distance of the beach, a short drive to Harbor Town, and next to the 11th green on one of Hilton Head's finer golf courses. Check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend the condo for a group of two to four people. We hope to return next year.

Nice getaway

Property as described. Very Clean. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 5 days with our 2 college age sons. Enough room to spread out. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach. Washer and dryer need upgraded would be my only strong suggestion, otherwise would definitely consider staying there again.

Great vacation spot!

Perfect unit. Right on the 11th green. Directly next to pool and tennis court. Everything was great. .7 mile bike ride to the beach. Shaded most of the way, easy ride. Tons of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Would totally stay here again. Property managers were easy to communicate with and very understanding and helpful.

Lovely townhome in great location!

We recently stayed here with our family of 5 (kids ages ranged from 5-9) and had a wonderful stay. We were part of a 22 person extended family group and this was the perfect spot for all of us to grab individual rentals that were close so the kids could go from unit to unit. There was plenty of space to spread out and unit had all necessary amenities. They provide regular linens, but be sure to bring your own beach towels. They have beach chairs available and to use which was great. Short walk to the beach/Sea Pines Beach Club. Pool is smallish, but clean and very well kept. Very few units share it, so size was never a problem. Great view of the golf course and nice landscaping all around. Townhome is slightly dated, but again well kept and cozy. The unit really had everything we needed and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when we return to HHI!

First and foremost, the entire place was spotless.

This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. As a self-proclaimed germaphobe, this is a big deal for me. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious and well decorated. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals if needed. The master shower is heavenly. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right on the golf course and a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club which was incredibly convenient. Communication with Keith, the property manager was super easy, and his response time was very fast. Lastly, the view of the golf course cannot be beat. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, well-equipped place to stay with close proximity to the beach while on HHI!
