Lovely unit in a wonderful location

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-appointed. The wrap-around balcony was fantastic. Very comfortable for 2-4 people. And the location along the beach was fantastic.

Perfect view. Easy access to pool and beach. Quiet and peaceful in October. Walking distance to Salty Dog and a few shops. Great communication from host who provided very comprehensive guide of property and local restaurants etc. Definitely recommend.

Hilton Heaven!

My husband and I really enjoyed our week in Sea Pines. The view from this third floor end unit was great! We could hear the waves and watch beautiful sunsets. The unit was spotless and had everything that was advertised.

Wonderful Vacation

The property was beautiful and the location was amazing. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Kitchen was stocked and they even had extras (beach towels, umbrellas, cart, etc). Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Hilton Head Island was beautiful and great for families. Our end of the island was super private and quiet. It’s a little off the beaten path from the main beach farther down, but for us that was a bonus. We saw dolphins and deer right from our balcony. Our kids enjoyed the pool and it was never overly crowded. Highly recommended for a wonderful, relaxing vacation spot!

Hilton Head Nature Stay

The location was so beautiful. Every day we were surrounded by deer, osprey, pelicans, dolphins, horseshoe crabs and more. It was a beautiful location. The views of the water and sunsets were stunning. We had a dolphin show every day from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only feedback for improvement I could offer is that I wish more kitchen towels had been available. If you are doing any cooking a second set would have been helpful. I would highly recommend and I would return .

Condo with a view :-)

This condo has an amazing view over the pool and towards the water. We loved watching the playful dolphins every day, as well as a herd of deer quietly snacking on the vegetation. We would definitely return. If it matters to you, you will be dealing with a management company and not the direct owner of the condo. This seems more and more common. We’ve used VRBO for years and are adjusting to this change. We didn’t have any issues therefore did not need to contact anyone during our stay. We were given an expired pool code, but a resident gave us the new code, so no big deal.

Everything was great especially the views Amazing but the furniture was a little dingy and one chair was broken and the beds were very firm but the kitchen was well stocked and had a Keurig also living space and bedrooms were very spacious! Definitely would rent there again 😁

Perfect location!

Amazing view from the balcony! Short walk to beach and the pool. Across the street from Salty Dog, General store, Ice cream shop etc. No need to get in the car and drive everyday. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds! I fortunately had my beach wagon as it is on the 3rd floor and as an end unit (which I love the extra light from windows) was a distance from elevator and no luggage rack available to help with transporting everything to the unit. We had a 3 yr old which requires a lot of extra stuff. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this property. The decor was absolutely beautifully done. We also loved being right across from the Salty Dog. We ate great food and drinks and just walked back to the condo. The only thing i can say negatively is we wished there were carts on sight. I don't pack light and we are in our 60's so we had to make several trips to the car and back up. Thank goodness for the elevator. I will definitely stay here again. Perfect location and absolutely beautiful. We sat on the beach in the evenings and saw dolphins swimming in the water. Thank you so much.

Best family vacation

We loved absolutely everything…the location of the unit, the views, the pool and grounds, and the decor. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. It was the perfect space for our family vacation and we couldn’t have been happier and more comfortable. We hope to be back!

Wonderful vacation

The location was perfect for our family with two small children. The beach and pool were easily accessible and neither were ever crowded. The villa was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. In addition, the check-in process was effortless. The weather was ideal. A perfect vacation!!

Wonderful

Great location and view. The beach was awesome especially for little kids since the waves were not overwhelming. There was barely anyine at the beach so it felt like it was private. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable.

Accurate Listing

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped and had plenty of kitchen and bathroom essentials. Really like to location. Easy walk to the beach, pool, and Salty Dog area. Plenty of biking and walking paths. There was a nice playground for our granddaughter. The only slight negatives were there was some small broken glass by the Dining Room table; it was easily cleaned up. There was also loud facility noise (lawn mower and/or leaf blower - not sure what it was (that started at 8 am on Sunday and Monday, which seemed a little early for the amount of noise generated.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Thoroughly enjoyed 1859 Beachside Tennis. The condo was clean, updated and beautifully decorated. All the furniture was comfortable and I loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Beautiful condo in heart of South Beach

Our family enjoyed 5 nights in April 2023. The condo is beautiful and the views of pool and beach are gorgeous - dolphins and deer were both sighted daily! Walkable to tennis courts, Salty dog, and beach. The beach is a little more narrow than on the ocean side but still plenty wide - it was a bit tougher to ride bikes on the sand here because of this, but we rode down to another entrance about a mile down and had no problems there. The water was very calm because of the sound which will be especially appealing to young families! There are elevators but we tried to work off our ice cream ritual by taking the stairs. Great communication from property management as well! Definitely would recommend!

Winter Get Away

The property was very nice. The view is gorgeous and location couldn’t be better. Easy access to the Salty Dog provides a great spot for an evening cocktail or an enjoyable meal. My only suggestion would be that if the property is rented for more than ax week a maid visit for a quick vacuum and sheet change would be nice.
