Enjoy stunning ocean views from this top-floor villa in a gated, oceanfront complex just steps from Coligny Beach. Recently remodeled with high end finishes throughout and beautifully redecorated, this cozy escape features a brand-new king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Relax on the private balcony with beautiful ocean views. Walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Two beach bikes and starter essentials included for your perfect island getaway.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. Rentals are available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with nice touches like good, thick towels, new-looking dishware, plenty of places to plug in phones, iPads and the such (lots of USB ports), and a big, cushy bed. Kendall replied quickly to questions. Check in and out a breeze. All went smoothly.

Book this Villa - you won’t be disappointed

Loved everything about our stay at this villa. The decor was very nicely done. The bathroom and shower had everything you needed. I had my hairdryer but in case I didn’t, there was one there for guests to use. I had beach towels and a cooler bag but for those that didn’t, they were provided by the hosts for guests for use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas - these hosts supplied it all. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out - with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and my husband absolutely loved the bedroom fan. I only cooked breakfast at the villa every day but the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then some! It was truly an enjoyable stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!!

Loved our stay! Steps to the beach and we rented beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn't have to take the items provided to the beach. The hosts thought of everything in the kitchen - so impressed with the to go coffee cups and wine glasses that were beach friendly! Easy access and everything was communicated well and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!

Location and perfection!

This place was perfect for my husband and I to get away! We have always rented a house in other areas of the island however being just the 2 of us and not wanting to drive this was PERFECT! Location was AMAZING!! 5 minutes and we were on the beach and could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony! The bed was extremely comfortable and the attention to details such as extra hooks, outlets, bathroom shelf storage and cute beach cookies upon arrival made us feel at home and welcome. We walked to dinner at Coligny (The Sandbar was fantastic! Crab cakes and tacos were great!!) and enjoyed not having to drive. The use of the complimentary beach bikes was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Cosy respite by the ocean

The condo is cosy and comfortable. We felt very much at home and loved the view of the beach and sunsets over the ocean.The location is close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds on busy beach days. It is also close to paths to walk or bike on.

Wonderful 3rd floor unit with a view of the ocean (beyond the parking lot directly below). Cute, attractive unit but also highly functional with thoughtful touches. Offers easy access to nearby shops & restaurants (the island isn’t very large) as well as the beach, via the boardwalk across the dunes with white sand as far as the eye can see. Stayed here for the Daufuskie Island Marathon and very glad we did. Overall great value, would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Hilton Head

This property is great for one or two people. Although on the third floor, there was easy access to an elevator or stairs. Access to the beach was very easy and it is a fabulous beach for walking. The kitchen, although small, was as well-equipped as many larger places we have stayed. Everything was very clean. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
