The house and location were fabulous. My friends and I loved the space. One suggestion for improvement is better instructions to operate the TV and hot tub. All else about the house was great.

Perfect place

This 4 bedroom home was absolutely perfect for our Golf trip. Every amenity that you could think of was there. The hosts communicated very well, and we had a very enjoyable time. The bonus was the hot tub. For 4 old golfers after a round, that was a lifesaver. Highly recommend. We'll stay there again.

Great House

House was clean, well maintained and the amenities were fantastic. Loved that there were multiple bedrooms on the first floor. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great house in SeaPines to share with lots of family or friends.

Great location and beautiful house!

Very pleased with Host2Coast! I love how they sent me pre-arrival instructions, departure reminders, etc. their portal is easy and user-friendly! They had tips of things to do in Hilton head and recommendations. The house was just like it was listed as. Clean, beautiful, enough amenities included, and great location! Would book again!

We loved our stay at this property! Great proximity to everything on the sea pines resort. 5-8 min bike ride to the beach! Instructions for check in were very clear. Everything at the house was great! We had the best week and will be returning next year if possible!

Wonderful retreat

What a beautiful home with all the creature comforts that you want and more. You walk in and feel instantly at home, bonus, lights are labeled, and the spice cabinet is stocked (nice touch). You have your choice of where you want to spread out, sunroom, living room, or hot tub and deck. Quiet location, easy access to two beaches, (about a 15-minute walk to the beach). Can't wait to return!

65th trip around the sun.

I celebrated a milestone birthday on the island. We rented this house because it looked big enough and had a hot tub. It is a beautiful house. However the loft room up the narrow staircase has little privacy and we had a hard time managing the temperature. Upstairs was very hot. Downstairs was cold. Overall a wonderful stay.

The property itself was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The interior was exactly what we expected and wanted. Unfortunately, the lack of privacy completely changed our experience.During our one-week stay, we had multiple unexpected interruptions. On the second day, someone knocked on the door around 9:30am saying they were working on the gas line outside. The following day, I received a call that internet wiring needed repair, despite everything working fine, and we had to accommodate maintenance.Two days before departure, someone showed up unannounced and went directly to the back deck to service the hot tub at 9:00am. The hot tub sits directly outside the bedroom sliding glass door. No warning, no communication.Then the day before checkout, the cleaning crew knocked asking when we were leaving, despite us not checking out until the following morning. I had to explain it multiple times.We rent vacation properties for relaxation and privacy. Instead, this stay felt like a revolving door of workers and interruptions. The rental office was notified, but it did not change the experience.The home itself was lovely, but because of the repeated disruptions and lack of privacy, we would not stay here again. There are plenty of beautiful options in Sea Pines where guests can actually relax.

well appointed house, far to the beach

The property itself was woodsy and comfy. The kitchen was great. The TV was very hard to use. The house is very far from the beach and Sea Pines only lets 50 cars with "our" passes to park; the trolley was fine but less convenient than just driving. We also did not have access to the fitness center on the property. The towels, bags, and goodies left by host were great. Plenty of linens and paper goods.

Not As Advertised!!

Property condition did not compare to pictures. Beds were difficult to sleep on. Could not even use master bed. Ceiling vents rusted and full of dust. Was not the luxury property advertised. Then spent first day cleaning floors, food stains in frig, dog stains on wall and baseboards . Called mgmt who was disappointed to hear the feedback and refunded cleaning fee. While nice did not make the stay more enjoyable. We ended leaving a day earlier than what was planned and paid. We will not ever stay at this property again.

house was well furnished although not particularly well stocked - no tissues and other paper goods like napkins. Also no bikes which are nice to have in Sea Pines. The biggest issue is that renting from Host2Coast makes you a second class citizen inside Sea Pines with regard to access to parts of the property like the Beach Club (not allowed to use parking) or Fitness Center (no access). No pool which is a bit misleading since its a community pool and small.

We were able to book this lovely home one week prior to the RBC Heritage. The VRBO we had booked in Nov 2022 for April 2023, canceled 1 week prior to our scheduled trip. We have to say, this home was much nicer than the one we had previous. The property management company, Host2Coast, was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend this home and Host2Coast to anyone! You will not be disappointed. AND, you can bring your 4 legged family member!
